i never understood why Sasuke never made a summoning contract with Naruto, considering the animal path allows you to summon humans, and with reverse summoning both characters would now have permanent insurance to always be able to rely on the other. Edit: lads. Naruto not being an „animal“ dosnt matter to the animal path. Nagato has summoned other paths of pain and even Konan with it, Sage of Six paths has summoned Naruto and Sasuke with it. (Though it is unclear if thats just cause: sage of six paths stuff) fact of the matter is: it has been shown the animal path is able to summon other humans.

There’s no reason for him to not get a summon that’s as strong as him. Same with Naruto but for the flying raijin he can make a seal for the kunai to summon himself, in theory he should be able to do the same with Sasuke if he made a seal for Sasuke
Wait, I just realized… if Sasuke wanted to, he could have replaced his missing arm in battle with the Asura Path. Hell, he could probably make a Chidori laser or used several arms to control several Kirin all at once! Maybe he could even encase himself in Amaterasu and then use Shinra Tensei to send it all flying, crating a shockwave of burning black fire! He can replace the arm I think he just chooses not too, plus it’s simbolic so there’s another reason. And yeah some of these made up abilities are cool, most of it won’t be effective since the otsutsukis would probably just absorb it. Plus other than pain, no one really uses the rinnegon abilities. That’s also not to say sasuke doesn’t use the rinnegon, he doesn’t use most of them since they don’t really work, like what is an animal that lost to sage naruto gonna do against ishiki.

I was actually fine with Sasuke not using many Rinnegan abilities in Naruto because he just learned it after all. What REALLY bothers me is that during Boruto he still never uses anything other than his swapping ability. Like, doesn't he have a decade of experience using the Rinnegan? No he didn’t use it cuz it’s useless against most his opponents after shippuden. Otsutsuki can’t be hurt by the rinnegan and most of the naruto verse is weak against the rinnegan so he doesn’t use it much.

Also, Kabuto and Jiraiya have access to sage mode and they aren’t exactly known for having crazy chakra reserves. I believe it’s more so having very precise chakra control since IIRC if you take in too much and destroy your chakra balance you will turn into stone. If Naruto could do it then Sasuke could do it too. He even has access to Manda.
When Sasuke teleported Madara in between himself and Naruto for the sealing rasengan and black chidori. He didn't just make uim appear it's implied that he swapper Madara with his limbo clone.

Ok imagine a character STRONGER than hagaromo, wielding a MORE POWERFUL rinnegan than hagaromo, using said rinnegan to its full potential boruto. Kishimoto didn’t allow sasuke to utilize any of the six paths because he’d simply be far too broken for the plot.
That said, even without the six and outer paths, and literally fighting with one hand, sasuke is still equal to adult Naruto. Which goes to show just how truly skilled adult sasuke is. Nah in the light novels they confirm that naruto having ten tails chakra was killing him like it did to the sage of six paths. So they did had to remove most of the power and sakura had to go find medicine with sasuke and kakashi to stop naruto sickness from killing him. Basically naruto's body couldn't handle that power forever so he had to lose most of it.

Using the 6 Paths Technique to broaden your field if view would be invaluable against fast opponents, as well as in combat. The Preta Path is broken, and using the King of the Underworld can also be used to heal people. Not just to repair things. Sasuke could have theoretically used it to get his arm back.
The truth is Kishimoto didn’t want to have to think about all the powers his characters had stacked up. It takes complex writing and Kishimoto clearly didn’t want to deal with it. This is what happens when you keep adding character powers in your comics and aren’t good enough at writing with all of them.
Kishimoto isn't the one to blame here. Sasuke only had Rinnegan near the end of the final arc, it makes sense he didn't use all its abilities as he hadn't learned them. The bigger problem is in Boruto. Sasuke has a decade of experience with the Rinnegan and still doesn't most of its abilities.

Honestly Sasuke having the ability to form himself a new hand should really have shown up during the boruto fights. I get atoning for hia sins but when Konoha is being threatened you'd think thats a reason to have both hands back even if only for the most dire fights.

I honestly think Sasuke should have won in the Valley of the End if he had used his abilities strategically. As for Sasuke not using his abilities let's go over them. The Summoning Path is redundant since most of the summons are useless apart from the dog but most characters at that point in time could defeat it easily. The Chibaku Tensei, Almighty Push and Pull were all useful so there is no real reason why he didn't use them. The Soul Extraction was super useful so again, no real reason. The Chakra Absorption was also very useful no real reason again. The King of Hell was redundant, the ability to heal the Six Paths of Pain didn't apply and the anti lying ability was slow and not really useful. Amenotejikara was super useful and used and abused by Sasuke as we all know. The mechanical modifications were super useful as well and he never used them which is sad. The additional genjutsu prowess he used maybe 4 or 5 times, including Boruto. The mastery of chakra nature's I believe he used to create the pseudo Ice Release though admittedly I haven't read that novel yet. That's it I think though. A lot of wasted potential.
The rinnegan was a cool power up for sasuke but I always felt he should of got something else that could fit his fighting style better maybe something like a perfected curse mark or snake sage mode the rinnegan is great but it was under utilized.
Considering Orochimaru was all about kekkei genkais it’s strange he didn’t get a bunch of those grafted into his body instead. Make him like a pseudo Kaguya in terms of genetic abilities. There was mentions of performance enhancing drugs for him but that’s it. You’d expect Orochimaru to stack up on op bloodline abilities for his vessel but nope just the curse mark.

In story my guess is Sasuke wouldn't want to use those new powers as it would throw off his style of fighting like going from a sword to a great sword Out of story reason. He'd be so powerful like part 2 early story where he'd just stomp Naruto and go do his plan. Naruto would lose in a prolonged battle especially when he gets his chakra absorbed
Imagine at the start of boruto after being introduced to Amado, he goes to orochimaru and has him work with Amado to modify his body further(sasuke literally was enhanced by orochimaru in shippuden like kawaki in pt 1). All he has to do is use asura path and it would turn him into a cyborg making it that much easier for sasuke to get some major upgrades. Orochimaru also mastered the body transfer through his work with the curse mark. Sasuke could get a new heavenly seal and then put one on Naruto so that if he dies battle Naruto can resurrect him. Then they could add Shin’s MS making it so all he has to do is touch any of the Kara members and be able to deactivate or control them since they are cyborgs and shins dojutsu was shown controlling in organic material like rocks and metal! On top of madara’s rinnegan for limbos. He’d be a monster.
I think the problem with that explanation is his eyes allows him to copy any fighting style so transition to different fighting styles isn’t hard for him, he was able to copy something Lee spent years to build up in a month. And this was when he’s a kid. For example with the Asura path he could just copy Naruto’s Kcm fighting style of weaving chakra with different arms while using grappling to prevent them from moving. Now if adult Sasuke use shadow clones and use his chakra absorption to make sure he doesn’t have chakra fatigue he’d be capable to learn any fighting style in hours at most
Naruto wouldn’t lose in a prolonged battle. That’s a major boon of sage mode. If Sasuke absorbs too much of sage chakra he’d turn into stone. Plus, Naruto just has way too much chakra in general. There are other characters that have tried to drain his chakra or disable it and found out the hard way that nine tails chakra is corrosive. Sasuke being able to absorb nine tails chakra into susanoo is one thing. Taking it directly into his body is another.
@@BuzzabeelYT sasuke had sage/nature chakra since part one, juugo's respect for sasuke comes from the fact the curse mark did not make him crazy like it did the others. the curse mark is literally a psuedo sage mode. if sasuke could control all the tailed beasts and their chakra at will and ease his chakra control feats line up with naruto throughout the enitre story. sasuke should have no trouble controlling any type of chakra espcially since he's been shown using them all. senjutsu, sixpaths senjutsu, and all chakra natures.
Most Rinnegan users rarely use Rinnegan optimally. The only real reason for it is that Rinnegan is the most unbalanced ability in the series. It has so many, nullification and 1-shot abilities that no fight with a Rinnegan user against a non-Rinnegan/6 Paths/Otsuki user should last more than 2 minutes realistically.

Its the same reason Kishimoto stopped Madara from using them, it becomes too difficult to balance them from a narrative perspective when they're at that level.
Sasuke could have become the ten tails jiinchuriki by sealing it inside him with the ten tails coffin seal like Obito did. He literally saw the hand signs for it and everything
I kinda liked Sasuke in Boruto more than Naruto because Naruto just became a grumpy old man in Boruto series but it was so pathetic how he lost his Rinnegan. This brutal nerf was undeserving. Not talking about him losing his Rinnegan abilities but losing his battle senses so much that a possessed child ambushes him without any chakra (possessed by an Otsutsuki or not, still no chakra left) and is able to take out his eye.
I think the MOST underrated ability of the Rinnegan is the ability to create a lot of new jutsu's with relative ease which Nagato did. Imagine a prodigy like Sasuke with years of alone time developing his skills with perfect mastery would be insane, especially with this ability to master the 5 basic chakra nature.
Sasuke only used amenotejikara and chibaku tensei (Banshou ten in too but only in the anime) and was NERFED, imagine if Kishimoto made him use all the abilities.

Chakra absorption would be useful too, since he's better at taijutsu and can thus touch his opponents more than theu can touch him when fighting someone whi can absorb chakra too and he can even catch his opponents off gaurd, taking advantage of their lack of information on him to absorb their chakra. Animal path could serve as a good distraction during intense fights, especially the multiplying dog. Creating six robots would also be sick since those bots are much better than the 5 kage in boruto (this is considering his bots are the same level of Nagato's, it's possible his would be even stronger due to him being stronger than Nagato).

Sasuke also teleports kaguya with nothing in the lava dimension when him and naruto tried for the first time to seal her. It was just after naruto sexy justu She only escape it by switching to her ice dimension and all three of them were blocked in the ice. He could have just teleport naruto infront of indra's arrow or switch places with naruto when he throws his massive rasenshuriken and finish him with indra's arrow.

The only explanation I can think of is that Sasuke doesn't know any other paths other than Preta and Tendo, because he never saw anyone use those abilities, while he saw Madara use Tendo and Preta. As for why Sasuke doesn't spam preta path against everyone, I have no idea.
I always figured it was just a chakra issue. Sasuke isn't an Uzumaki and doesn't have nearly as much chakra as Nagato. So he can't just spam Rinnegan abilities like Nagato did and has to basically ration them out.

Sasuke is the character most guilty of having a solution to a problem within his arsenal, and not using it, as soon as he gets his MS. He stops using things he had before for his new, shiny toys. It's pretty bad character writing when you see how tactical he was in the fight against Deidara and Itachi. Honestly just seems like Kishimoto didn't want him to be as invincible as he would be with proper Rinnegan usage.
Sasuke is written terribly. He doesnt switch between amanatejikara and substitution to conserve chakra that he is always out of. That ability mixed with shadow clones is op. If I chidor stream a cloan and swich them with my oponent then they are done (I wonder if it works while in a seal, barriers or in shadow possession). Dude can read and wipe minds. You literally use memory to do everything including the process of coming up with a battle strategy (Something he could erase). King of Hell heals yoù right (How good though? Regenerative good)? The list is longer but people wont read beyond this.
It could have worked if they said something along the lines that only having one eye with the rinnegan limits the paths he can use and locked him out of the extremely op abilities like the human path but still allowhim to use the innate ability and a few of the paths. Then they could nerf him and make sense to a certain extent.

Sasuke always has the rule of 3 every time he get's a new ability. Use that move three times, out of chakra! In fact the amount of time Sasuke runs out of chakra in a fight leads me to believe that Kishimoto wrote that in on purpose. That Sasuke is the type of character to overuse his abilities and burn out mid way through a fight.

Guys Sasuke had way less chakara than all the other Rinnengan users. He always gets tired like 5 minutes into a fight. He would have never got it without the boost from Hagaromo, and Hagaromo took his chakara back
True, they completely ignore this fact, Nagato is Uzumaki, known with Huge amount Chakra and Physical durability, Madara use Hashirama Cell, as well Obito, even Obito himself said 1 Rinnegan already put a pressure on his body (Said by who have Hashirama cell lmao) If u say Sasuke Kaguya War Arc doesn't run out chakra, he have Seal from Hagoromo which contains Indra Chakra and it's boost Sasuke Chakra to spam Rinnegan, but they lost all Chakra after losing the Seal and used all rest on fight with Naruto

i think the preida path creates an orb of "absorbtion" around you wich absobs any chackra there is, wich would include sasuke's chidori so thats why he wouldnt be able to absorb naruto's rasengan
@@pokeperson1000 They aren't necessarily touching the Susanoo when it's around them. But you can't use Chidori without touching it, so you'd absorb it into yourself if you activated absorption.
Kishimoto had to asspull Hagoromo, the Sage of the Six Paths, from the afterlife to help Naruto and Sasuke to get the power up boost they need to beat Madara and Kaguya. His Rinnegan ability switching places with objects or people is just glorified Substitution Jutsu.
The truth is, they wanted to make Sasuke a character of his own, so him spamming Six Paths abilities would make him like an 8th Pain (with Nagato being the 7th). So to avoid that, they probably made him use his own techniques. KIshimoto did something similar with Obito, who never truly used many Rinnegan abilites. I think the Six Paths abilities would make an absurd difference against the Jigen fight, since Sasuke doesn't really have any healing abilities, the Asura Path would help him a lot, it not only has an arsenal of missiles, but also the ability of making your entire body metalic, turning even your organs into mechanical parts, which would make him very hard to kill, and unable to feel pain, which helps a lot in a fight that hard. Also, the Human Path, he could've touched Naruto, get the soul sucking jutsu ready and then switched Jigen with Naruto and immediately remove his soul. That would probably also help him tank Jigen shrinking abilities. Anyways, there are lots of things he could do, but did nothing.

Almighty push wouldn't be that affective against naruto either because he has experienced the jutsu before thanks to pain and has even been hit by it l just feel like even naruto would know enough to use a shadow clone as a diversion and fly out of it's radius or something, this same jutsu couldn't even do that much damage to SAGE MODE naruto after getting hit by it directly when he was littrall inches away from pain, anyways l just feel like naruto has a lot of ways to counter it especially using his strongest from in shippuden. Either way sasuke was just lucky naruto wasn't trying to kill him orelse he could have just gotten one shotted by the truth-seeking orbs.
You're acting like it isn't worth using just because it *could* be countered. But he uses plenty of abilities that Naruto can in fact block or dodge, like the Amaterasu you mentioned. So it's not like being more liberal with what ability he uses hurts him in that regard, and he clearly wants to try everything because otherwise he might as well give up immediately. Obito too shows a diminished version of the six paths when using only 1 rinnegan. He didn't even used the signature rinnegan abilities. We also know that at least with the mangekyou, the type and number of abilities is linked to each specific eye that has the mangekyou. So my theory is, we see him using only Deva and Preta because he only has access to half the paths and like you said, he has no need for Naraka.

Sasuke whole world revolved around the death of his clan. Then he gets a rinnegan, and he could cast rinne tensei to revive them but chooses not to for some reason. That’s also not to say sasuke doesn’t use the rinnegon, he doesn’t use most of them since they don’t really work, like what is an animal that lost to sage naruto gonna do against ishiki.

Also, Kabuto and Jiraiya have access to sage mode and they aren’t exactly known for having crazy chakra reserves. If Naruto could do it then Sasuke could do it too. He even has access to Manda.

Nah in the light novels they confirm that naruto having ten tails chakra was killing him like it did to the sage of six paths. So they did had to remove most of the power and sakura had to go find medicine with sasuke and kakashi to stop naruto sickness from killing him. Basically naruto's body couldn't handle that power forever so he had to lose most of it.

I honestly think Sasuke should have won in the Valley of the End if he had used his abilities strategically. As for Sasuke not using his abilities let's go over them. The Summoning Path is redundant since most of the summons are useless apart from the dog but most characters at that point in time could defeat it easily. The Chibaku Tensei, Almighty Push and Pull were all useful so there is no real reason why he didn't use them. The Soul Extraction was super useful so again, no real reason. The Chakra Absorption was also very useful no real reason again. The King of Hell was redundant, the ability to heal the Six Paths of Pain didn't apply and the anti lying ability was slow and not really useful. Amenotejikara was super useful and used and abused by Sasuke as we all know. The mechanical modifications were super useful as well and he never used them which is sad. The additional genjutsu prowess he used maybe 4 or 5 times, including Boruto. The mastery of chakra nature's I believe he used to create the pseudo Ice Release though admittedly I haven't read that novel yet. That's it I think though. A lot of wasted potential.
The rinnegan was a cool power up for sasuke but I always felt he should of got something else that could fit his fighting style better maybe something like a perfected curse mark or snake sage mode the rinnegan is great but it was under utilized.
Snake sagemode wouldn't be enough as a powerup compared to Naruto's ssp mode
Considering Orochimaru was all about kekkei genkais it’s strange he didn’t get a bunch of those grafted into his body instead. Make him like a pseudo Kaguya in terms of genetic abilities. There was mentions of performance enhancing drugs for him but that’s it. You’d expect Orochimaru to stack up on op bloodline abilities for his vessel but nope just the curse mark.

Imagine at the start of boruto after being introduced to Amado, he goes to orochimaru and has him work with Amado to modify his body further(sasuke literally was enhanced by orochimaru in shippuden like kawaki in pt 1). All he has to do is use asura path and it would turn him into a cyborg making it that much easier for sasuke to get some major upgrades. Orochimaru also mastered the body transfer through his work with the curse mark. Sasuke could get a new heavenly seal and then put one on Naruto so that if he dies battle Naruto can resurrect him. Then they could add Shin’s MS making it so all he has to do is touch any of the Kara members and be able to deactivate or control them since they are cyborgs and shins dojutsu was shown controlling in organic material like rocks and metal! On top of madara’s rinnegan for limbos. He’d be a monster.

I think the problem with that explanation is his eyes allows him to copy any fighting style so transition to different fighting styles isn’t hard for him, he was able to copy something Lee spent years to build up in a month. And this was when he’s a kid. For example with the Asura path he could just copy Naruto’s Kcm fighting style of weaving chakra with different arms while using grappling to prevent them from moving. Now if adult Sasuke use shadow clones and use his chakra absorption to make sure he doesn’t have chakra fatigue he’d be capable to learn any fighting style in hours at most
Naruto wouldn’t lose in a prolonged battle. That’s a major boon of sage mode. If Sasuke absorbs too much of sage chakra he’d turn into stone. Plus, Naruto just has way too much chakra in general. There are other characters that have tried to drain his chakra or disable it and found out the hard way that nine tails chakra is corrosive.
Sasuke being able to absorb nine tails chakra into susanoo is one thing. Taking it directly into his body is another.

Most Rinnegan users rarely use Rinnegan optimally. The only real reason for it is that Rinnegan is the most unbalanced ability in the series. It has so many, nullification and 1-shot abilities that no fight with a Rinnegan user against a non-Rinnegan/6 Paths/Otsuki user should last more than 2 minutes realistically.

I kinda liked Sasuke in Boruto more than Naruto because Naruto just became a grumpy old man in Boruto series but it was so pathetic how he lost his Rinnegan. This brutal nerf was undeserving. Not talking about him losing his Rinnegan abilities but losing his battle senses so much that a possessed child ambushes him without any chakra (possessed by an Otsutsuki or not, still no chakra left) and is able to take out his eye.
I think the MOST underrated ability of the Rinnegan is the ability to create a lot of new jutsu's with relative ease which Nagato did. Imagine a prodigy like Sasuke with years of alone time developing his skills with perfect mastery would be insane, especially with this ability to master the 5 basic chakra nature.

Animal path could serve as a good distraction during intense fights, especially the multiplying dog.
Creating six robots would also be sick since those bots are much better than the 5 kage in boruto (this is considering his bots are the same level of Nagato's, it's possible his would be even stronger due to him being stronger than Nagato).

Sasuke is the character most guilty of having a solution to a problem within his arsenal, and not using it, as soon as he gets his MS. He stops using things he had before for his new, shiny toys. It's pretty bad character writing when you see how tactical he was in the fight against Deidara and Itachi. You literally use memory to do everything including the process of coming up with a battle strategy (Something he could erase). King of Hell heals yoù right (How good though? Regenerative good)? Kishimoto had to asspull Hagoromo, the Sage of the Six Paths, from the afterlife to help Naruto and Sasuke to get the power up boost they need to beat Madara and Kaguya. His Rinnegan ability switching places with objects or people is just glorified Substitution Jutsu.

The truth is, they wanted to make Sasuke a character of his own, so him spamming Six Paths abilities would make him like an 8th Pain (with Nagato being the 7th). So to avoid that, they probably made him use his own techniques. KIshimoto did something similar with Obito, who never truly used many Rinnegan abilites. I think the Six Paths abilities would make an absurd difference against the Jigen fight, since Sasuke doesn't really have any healing abilities, the Asura Path would help him a lot, it not only has an arsenal of missiles, but also the ability of making your entire body metalic, turning even your organs into mechanical parts, which would make him very hard to kill, and unable to feel pain, which helps a lot in a fight that hard. Also, the Human Path, he could've touched Naruto, get the soul sucking jutsu ready and then switched Jigen with Naruto and immediately remove his soul. We all saw that if you touch someone's head with this ability, the person gets unable to move, so Jigen would be doomed. Shinra Tensei would also be an option. The user can indeed create an automatic shield around himself with a weaker magnetic power to protect himself. Almighty push wouldn't be that affective against naruto either because he has experienced the jutsu before thanks to pain and has even been hit by it l just feel like even naruto would know enough to use a shadow clone as a diversion and fly out of it's radius or something, this same jutsu couldn't even do that much damage to SAGE MODE naruto after getting hit by it directly when he was littrall inches away from pain, anyways l just feel like naruto has a lot of ways to counter it especially using his strongest from in shippuden. Either way sasuke was just lucky naruto wasn't trying to kill him orelse he could have just gotten one shotted by the truth-seeking orbs.

You're acting like it isn't worth using just because it *could* be countered. But he uses plenty of abilities that Naruto can in fact block or dodge, like the Amaterasu you mentioned. In the end, Sasuke is exceptionally uncreative with how he uses his Rinne abilities, to the point where I can't honestly think that he's better at it than Nagato.

Sasuke whole world revolved around the death of his clan. Then he gets a rinnegan, and he could cast rinne tensei to revive them but chooses not to for some reason. Imagine if he revived them but still had no way to end his hatred.
