Companies can easily hire part time workers who will work for 4-5 hours a day, but for that companies will have to ignore concepts like degree, percentage, employment gap etc and hire on pure intelligence basis.

I am 2019 graduate- masters degree and did free internship for 6 months, then joined a small mnc for 12k/ month in hyderabad, and after 5 years of learning and jumping 3 companirs now am earning 1.10 lakh per month. For a doctoratr with highly skilled person and lot of potential to display the skillsets, i know many are in line for this role, so i deliberately had to ask 17lpa, instead of 20lpa.
