Thanks for all that you two do. I love Back Issues but this show is my 2nd favorite thing on TH-cam! I kinda wanted to hear Sal's thoughts on the remix of Kraven's Last Hunt in ASM, but I also need to work on trusting my own opinions without outside validation!!
Sorry I missed the episode! Btw loved the interview with Jordan Bloom. Your skills have really gone up you make these authors feel comfortable and you guys just nerd out! Great content!
Glad you guys covered Avengers Inc. on here, because frankly “Wasp teams up with a ghost who’s possessing the body of her arch-nemesis to solve his own murder/resurrection” is too good of an elevator pitch to ignore. Sorry to hear that it wasn’t quite your cup of tea - I personally enjoyed it quite a bit (though that may just be because of my chronic simping for Al Ewing), but I totally understand your issues with the pacing.
DC worded their response to the Fable thing carefully, but, in practice, it should work like this: The Fable characters are now in the public domain. The stories that are already written are under the publishing rights agreement of DC and no one can ‘use’ those stories. It’s the same as Ted Kord and Sub-Mariner. Anyone can make a Blue Beetle story starring Ted, but they can’t use any part of the stories or character development that was written under the DC label.
I missed thr episode but I faithfully binge all your shows when I get a chance. Did you ever read The Wolf Among Us/Batman crossover? It was weird but I liked it.
Hey Tiffany! Was the FLCL scene Sal's description of a demon reminded you of the episode where Naota gets cat eyes and his female class mate has a robot spider grow out of her head and drags her around? Excellent taste btw. FLCL season 1 is everything to me!
