Hi! For Bachelor’s, you’ll need German (ethz.ch/en/studies/bachelor/application/non-swiss-matriculation-certificate/language-requirements.html) but most Master’s programs are taught in English (ethz.ch/en/studies/master/application/language-requirements.html). Good luck!
