I lived in Culmann during my exchange too! Got allotted 101 as well and could recognize some of the faces in the thumbnail. Culmann was the best part of the exchange, no doubt.
@@studioshum Hey Kevin! Really enjoyed the video! I myself have been contemplating between studying in the US or studying in ETH Zurich. Would you say that ETH Zurich is a good option (I'm planning on doing Computer Science)?
Wait, so can you study (full time) at ETH without C1 German??? I'm still extremely confused, cuz on their website it says C1 is required for all bachelor's, but many people on some forums claim you don't even need German, but it's good to know.... I'm extremely confused, I mean I wanna get the certificate anyways, but it's bugging me about the level and stuff...
Nemanja Milovanovic I believe most classes in bachelor’s programs are taught in German, so when I was on exchange I took mostly masters-level or jointly-offered bachelors/masters courses taught in English. Probably also depends on which program you’re looking to study, but if you’re almost at C1 I’d say go for it!
@@studioshum OOOOHHHHH... So you were on exchange AND masters (I know you don't need German for masters). I see people on TH-cam not knowing a single word in German and was like bruh, there's no way every single one of them is an exchange student. Thank you so much for answering, it's a cliche, but when I say it means a lot, it really DOES mean a lot to me. Good day to you, sir.
maybe im little (i.e. 4 years) late, but i wanted to ask, was it hard for an international student to get in? i want to study cs there, and im from serbia sooo...
@Mike Random Vlog For Phd,they offer a salary up to 70000 USD(like CS)with very low tax.For Master and Bachelor degree, the tuition fees are almost free, only around 500 USD per year to register.
Accidentally found this video. And thank God I did! I lived in Culman too when I studied at UZH. I do not miss the cleaning duty at all.
Haha neither do I! 😂 thanks for watching :)

Damn you're living a good life man. I wish I could get myself into ETH. BTW this video is dope. Cool.
Anyway how are you doing Kevin?
Harshad Sharma you can do it! I’m good! Back in the US, but I’m missing it there in Zürich!

@@ivanbudanov8684 you need to speak German for eth bachelor so idk if that affects it
Ivan Budanov it’s hard to compare because the university systems are so different, but ETH is a great option!
How can an international student get here for undergraduate in biology
you need to have german c1 and do some course i think before a test too
