    What if someone already has some of those tests and vaccinations done?… Do you take those off your final price or do they have to take everything as a package?

    • @rapidresponseurgentcare
      @rapidresponseurgentcare  ปีที่แล้ว

      your vaccination records are permanent records. We do not charge you for vaccinations unless you do not have the complete ones and would like to take the shots in our office. However, we also give you resources on where to go to get them for free. Your lab test will have to be done in the office as the most recent labs are needed for the process.

    So if I can’t get a hold of my immunization records the blood test will determine what vaccines I’ve had in the past?

    Do I have to release a full detailed copy of my medical record to the civil surgeon for this exam? Or is the vaccination record all I need? I read that I needed to bring pertinent medical records regarding diseases or disorders being treated, but I’m not nor have I ever received treatment for any diseases.

    • @rapidresponseurgentcare
      @rapidresponseurgentcare  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is correct if you have a complicated medical history and verification of some facts are needed. However, it is usually a straight process where the civil surgeon asks you questions about your history and you simply narrate. I am yet to encounter such a patient.

      Sorry for the late response. Yes, you need I-693. This will record your immunization. There are very specific ones you must have or have medical reasons to waive.

    Hello.
    Question:
    14 years ago I contracted syphilis and gonorrhea, after which I underwent treatment officially in the hospital. Cured. There are no diseases as such, but there are some traces in the blood somewhere. Will I pass the commission?

    • @rapidresponseurgentcare
      @rapidresponseurgentcare  ปีที่แล้ว

      That will not affect your exam. It only affects it if he comes back positive for the current exam. Request for treatment, and that would make your case a class B from a class a. You will not have any problems with a class B condition.

  • @Premiumgigguy

    • @rapidresponseurgentcare
      @rapidresponseurgentcare  ปีที่แล้ว

      Usually, we provide a patient summary of all that was done for patient record keeping. Sometimes you may need to repeat the exam especially if your case lingers and the exam expires. Most patients return to us but some may have moved to other parts of the country and need their records. The vaccination record comes in super handy to have as it has been completed. Unless USCIS makes changes in requirements as they are known to make.

    Informative video! What happens if we don’t have vaccination record at all? Is there anything that we can do in advance in that regard?

    • @rapidresponseurgentcare
      @rapidresponseurgentcare  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you can. For most adults the must have would include but not limited to Tdap or Td, MMR, varicella or history of chicken pox with evidence such as facial scaring with pits(easier to prove) or blood titers for the shots. Flu if in flu season. If you have no records I usually would advise to get them here in the USA as you will have proper records going forward in the immunization registry. Young children and older 65 have different criteria but the bulk of people are young adults. Hope this helped. Better to call the office you want to use and they can further direct you.

      @@rapidresponseurgentcare thank you! In short if one doesn’t have vaccination record and decides to wait until the medical exam by medical officer, it is still okay and doable.. but will it delay the report a lot?

    • @rapidresponseurgentcare
      @rapidresponseurgentcare  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@prachibankar1848 Most Civil surgeons carry the vaccines for a fee or you get a prescription for the shots you need, and then get it done at a pharmacy or health department. It takes about 3-5 days for the lab results to finalize and within that time, you will be able to get your shots or blood titers if you do not want to repeat your shots. The shot record however has to be up to acceptance to be able to finalize the package for you.

      Apply the technique I taught. For example in google, search "32034+community health clinic" and see what results that show, then call and ask. You will definitely find. Make sure to call the civil surgeon you intend to use to see if they will assist you with what shots you need. Hope this helps

      Most everything is resolvable. Meaning, even class A condition if not treated makes you inadmissible. But if treated becomes a class B. And that is admissible. You may just have a delay. Make sure to file for an extension while taking care of the issue.

    Please look at this timeline and suggest the ways to submit i-693 now after Adjustment of Status(i-485) package has already been sent.
    October 20th 2020 - i-485 received by USCIS
    October 29th 2020 - Civil Surgeon signed on i-693
    November 12th 2020 - Receipt notices generated
    The Civil Surgeon indicated that it might take more than 2 weeks to get lab reports and I did not wait for more days since the clock was ticking on my priority date in Visa Bulletin.
    Now that I have the medical forms in sealed envelope with me, what are my options?
    - Can I send the medical forms with i-485 receipt notices to USCIS?
    - Should I wait for RFE or interview?
    - Since the Civil Surgeon signed i-693 on 29th October 2020, the medical results should be valid till 29th October 2022? Is this assumption correct?
    - What is 60 days rule? Does the form need to be SUBMITTED within 60 days of doctor's signature or the rule simply means that medical should be done not more than 60 days before i-485 submission?
    Please help.
    If the form needs to reach USCIS within 60 days of Civil Surgeon's signature, then I still have few weeks to send it.

    • @rapidresponseurgentcare
      @rapidresponseurgentcare  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tan Sharma, hopefully you already have this issue resolved and this will likely serve someone else. Simplified, turn in your I-693 completed form as soon as you receive it. It should get to USCIS within 60 days of signature and good for 2 yrs if they received appropriately. Simple.
