Actually, USCIS have changed their procedure for receiving I-693. Even prior to a notice about an interview, they request that you complete the I-693 and express mail it to them first. They only give you a very short window of time to submit it… ~30 days.

I was planning on filing all forms with my married name, but when I told the civil surgeon I hired that I wanted to use my married name he said they are instructed to make sure that the name in the forms matches the ID, and that a marriage certificate is not a USCIS allowed proof of ID. As Ksenia noticed, you can go to the doctor any time between USCIS submitted your adjustment of status forms and your interview. In this case your medical exam will be valid for 4 years instead of 2 years (new amendment from august 2021).

I read that in lieu of a panel physician, vaccinations can be performed at a military medical treatment facility by a military physician if you are a veteran or military retiree. Can you verify this or talk to this subject. I would also like to know if you can use a DS Form 3025 in lieu of an I-693.
You can get vaccinated anywhere you wish. As long as you have all the proper documentation that you can bring to your medical appointment so they can make a record of it in your form.
How did you put the I-693 envelope in your application? Did you put it loosely in the padded envelope with the rest of your application or put it in the front like the checks?

Well now you have to wait for your invitation to the interview. You’ll have plenty of time to get your medical done then if they request it. Maybe they’ll send it soon🤷🏻♀️ hard to say these days.

Tu hiciste los examines médicos con un doctor regular? Tienes que haces el examen con el doctor especial y hacer el formulario I693.

Immigration-related health checks do not accept insurance. You should first find out about that.

I had to pay right away, and also I had to pay in the lab where they took my blood for testing. Typically doctors offices have you pay right away.

Hi lady, my PD is April 4 2012 and final action date is current in July. Got receipts for i485, EAD/AP cards receipt but not yet rec'd. Biometrics done.
1. When do you think my green card would be processed and I'd receive it?
2. I haven't received the medical RFE yet, should I interfile without RFE?

Well now you have to wait for your invitation to the interview. You’ll have plenty of time to get your medical done then if they request it. Maybe they’ll send it soon🤷🏻♀️ hard to say these days.
