Combined with a few design cues from Animated & Prime. This is literally one of the best Starscream designs Hasbro, Takara Tomy & Splash Damage put out! Can't wait to get this guy along with Bumblebee.
There was a kind of common animation error in the G1 cartoon where they'd color Starscream's eyes blue in some shots, Whenever Starscream has blue eyes I feel it's probably somewhat of a callback to that.
In terms of the asymmetrical design, I like to think maybe that side of him was facing a heavy blast/explosion and was the primary area that required some patching up after he was found
I'm absolutely loving Reactivate StarScream. The transformation, the clean robot mode, the clean vehicle mode, just chef's kiss! It actually makes me reeeeeaaaalllly hope that the game is awesome. Thiugh, even if the game sucks, I'm getting these figures.

Now THIS is a Voyager Starscream! I was never very fond of the Kingdom mold; it was mostly just a bigger 2006 Classics IMO. Some of the transformation bits are similar to the Deformation Space third party version, obviously highly changed.
While Starscream is easily my least anticipated he turned out pretty awesome and a huge improvement over previous iterations. Definitely may have to budget these two as well in the new year at some point. Also that concept Megatron is looking absolutely amazing. Detail, articulation, look of the overall figure feels more third party than it does an official Hasbro release. Looking forward to the review before i lock in a preorder for next year.
As far as I'm aware in the game the Autobots and Decepticons are on the same team and the war between them has stopped in favor of protecting Earth from a common enemy
They are not Autobots Optimus Prime & Bumblebee are the good guys who will fight with the humans to restore freedom to their planet! Decepticons are the bad guys they only want to conjure the Planet Earth, enslave the humans & destroy anything that gets in their way.
I gotta say, I usually not into Starscream or get a Seeker mold like Thundercracker but I WANT to picked up this version of him! He look so good in both modes!
After getting my hands on these, I was originally concerned as they looked cheap. After flipping them around a couple of times and breaking them in, I love them. Can’t wait to see who else they throw in. I’ll take a tank Megatron and a Shockwave, and as always an Ironhide

I said during the Bee video that I was looking forward to this one next and wow I wasn't disappointed. The Reactivate line is starting out with a bang for sure. There's not one thing I haven' t liked yet. I just want more of the cast now. I love the look and the transformations of these guys.

For the purpose of the game's story, there's some bad guy aliens from somewhere. That destroyed earth, Prime and Megatron are missing, and the two factions are in shambles. They decide to work together to save themselves and the earth. Outside of that, idk what's going on. Since they haven't released anymore news.
Funny how they decided to make Starscreams eyes blue instead of red. He did have blue eyes in some episodes of G1, but those were animation errors. But then he officially got blue eyes in Earthspark, while he had them red in the episode where he showed up for the first time. I guess this was an animation error too.

I used Armada Starscream's head as a replacement since I didn't really like the original head, just felt off to me, ball joints are close but it's a little tight for the armada head.
Anither Seeker mold, so it could be repainted 8nto an army of characters. Hope so, I have enough Starscreams. Not nearly equal to all the Bees & Prime, but a box in my study has 5 of him.

All Transformers Reactivate toys look so fantastic! Well the placement of the arms in vehicle mode should make gap fillers for the forearms pretty straight forward to install. The loose ankles & floppy boosters should be simple enough to deal with - with some floor polish. Yeah it is a nice set, I'm not buying it just yet though.

I'm glad that the quality and size for these Reactivate bots returned to the Siege/pre-pandemic levels. A lot of recent releases were full of gaps and had exposed hands in alt modes. Those Gameverse figs were also pretty trash.
Are both packs worth getting considering the price? Or is there even one really good one that’s worth it? Because liek there expensive and tbh I’m wondering if I should get them. ALSO BBM MEGS!!!
I really dig these figures. HasTak perfectly blended realism with the cartoon aesthetics here, and IMO are done better than the films. Also, PvP, I see what you did there, you tease (but he goes SO well with them despite being from the live action film oddly?). I really hope the subline continues as oddly, as you said, they are making them better than the Studio Series Gamer Edition figure (how is it Optimus is still the best figure?). I's my hope we see a 2 Pack of Ratchet and Shockwave (I feel they may go well together).

I like the transformation. It is like an updated version of Armada’s. It also looks like he can have the legs down as a semi-gerwalk mode.
