As a ex GT 650 rider (sold GT due to discomfort on long rides), I was in dilemma whether to go with interceptor or super meteor or shotgun since I liked the 650 engine very much and its pocket friendly in 650 cc segment bikes. I finally booked shotgun and waiting for delivery but still had some confusion that I would have booked interceptor. Your review now clarified my confusion. I hope I made a right decision on booking shotgun.. very neat and clear explanation.. Thanks for awesome review.. _/\_.
Thanks man for clearing the confusion by recommending a lean forward position bike over an upright position bike...now i can let go the old mindset and make my decision easily

Exactly! I'm waiting for that to happen asap😍 The refinement of 650cc parallel twin engine and the suspension of Himalayan 450. God, I would go places with that setup
Great review guys as always! I love the drill green colour... This bike makes me look forward expectantly for the scrambler/bear variant of the 650... The interceptor original lacked a quality feel to many of its parts, but was saved by price and a lovely engine and now that the quality from RE has improved so much, I hope they knock it out of the park with the scrambler!

Because of people like you, it seems that pursuing the dream of becoming a biker at the age of 38 will not be a crime whereas in the eyes of the people of the society, such thinking is considered a negative thought.

Hey bosky, had gone to RE today to checkout this beauty. I couldn't feel the weight even at stand still, probably because of low centre of gravity. Looking forward to buy one already
Sirs I differ on one aspect that it needs a wider handlebar. With a larger turning radius than the interceptor and GT, the handlebar width is actually perfect. Otherwise lovely review and a pleasure to watch you both as always.
The only one thing I would change on this is that suspension, everytime going over pothole is like owoo owoo owoooo, its a great bike, still doesn't like our indian mountains we call speed breakers and craters we call potholes 😂 Great video as always, cheers guys.

Hi Bosky, I want to change the P-shooter exhausts. They are protruding a lot, which can be cumbersome sometimes. What are the alternatives, please comment.
brilliant review , to the point ,now you see the next bike is classic 650 whoch has got exact same setup with minor component changes will make video sooner
1. Do you think the incoming Classic 650 is going to be lighter than the Shotgun? 2. How do the 41mm BP SFF Front forks of Honda NX500 compare with 43mm forks of Scrambler 400X? I want to know which one is going to be more supple and absorbent over broken tarmac. I can't test ride them readily as I ride a modified bike due to physical constraints, hence your opinion would help. I don't go ADV style offroads. i have a Speed 400, 6000kms done, absolutely love it's suspension over my earlier Meteor 350....but its a bit small, I now want something more substantial. Thanks.
