I recommend getting the "Sleep" version of Touchpoints because it comes with a 30 minute auto shutoff timer unlike the Calm version.

I bought it with your code a couple weeks ago. I agree they do help! I have extremely bad panic attacks. Actually I’m using it right now and thought I’d come back to your video to thank you and also get my mind distracted because I’m bouncing off the wall.
I use this and the Apollo neuro. Apollo neuro doesn’t really work for extreme panic but it does work for conditioning my body.

I've had apollo neuro for over a year and it sorta helps, but does NOTHING when I'm super anxious or having a near panic attack. (Yes, I do other things, like meditation, take GABA, etc.) So, I'm definitely going to try the Touchpoints. And maybe still use Apollo just in the background. Helpful review. Thanks.

Yes, you can put these on your chest like Sensate and for me, it does have a calming effect. At first, I just put them on my chest in the wrist bands and held them there with my hands. I liked that so I looked for a way to hold them there without using m y hands. I tried a bunch of things to hang them around my neck or pin them to my clothing. In the end, the thing that worked best was putting a 4" wide Ace bandage snugly around my upper chest and slipping them in front of my breast bone. That made it so that the vibration was snugly against my chest and was transmitted into my body at an effective level. I also like the pressure of the Ace bandage. The whole set up feels like a vibrating hug. Very soothing.

They had very different uses for me. Apollo helps with general HRV increasing and mild stress and anxiety. Apollo has a lot more customization options as well. Touchpoints helped when I had crazy high anxiety and panic attacks. Touchpoints also helps me with sleep more than Apollo does

@@HRVHackers Thank you for such an informative comment!
Asked cause I was really struggling with falling asleep fast enough (takes me an hour at minimum, usually more like 2. Dolphin chronotype + some neurodiversion, where the 'basics' haven't really helped... maybe I'm a zombie, but just haven't quite come to terms with it yet.
Looked into/'researched' what I could find, that could significantly improve this, i.e.: OOLER, Hapbee, Apollo Neuro, grounding mats/sheets, red light therapy, Sensate, Neuvana Xen, Cove... think that's about all of them, that have to do with improving sleep (relatively speaking).
Currently, already using a weighed blanket, blue light blockers, a night guard and an illumy sleep mask. Where I then listen to guided meditation in bed... still doesn't really zonk me out, just makes me feel a bit calmer, but doesn't help with falling asleep faster it seems 😞
Anyway, I've generally found that Apollo is heralded to be more or less the best wearable of them all (in regards to various reviewers, etc.). 'Katie Type A' in her Apollo review for example, said that TouchPoints hasn't quite worked for her, but Apollo very much did (in terms of falling asleep faster, etc.)
So... yeah, was actually pretty close to buying Apollo now, but this comment has thrown me for a loop! Looking at 'TOUCHPOINTS FOR SLEEP', as you've recommender in your other comment there... tough call.
