It is SO rare they just let the whole song play and show the entire lipsync. Usually they cut around and shorten it to show the best bits. There was nothing to cut here. Huge testament to how good this performance is.
Not really, this song is just shorter than most songs.
Actually boss b*tch is quite short itself, it's only like 2 mins and 40 secs lenght I believe, so it's easier to edit a whole song into the episode.

I WAS LIVID THEY SENT MARCIA HOME. They saved Kandy after "Thank you Next" after a good but not incredible performance. Marcia was fighting tooth and nail and was right behind Anetra the entire time, she deserved the double save. Iwould have pulled a Ginny Lemon and walked my ass off the stage once I knew it was against Anetra but she held her own

Her backbend was also at the lyric part of “bend until i touch my toes.” And their drops, bounces and spins during the chorus were entertaining too, they where actually pretty in sync without even trying
The fact this wasn’t a double shantay but that mess from season 13 with Symone and Kandy was will never not make me upset lol
Technically Symone won the lipsync and Kandy did lose. Ru wasn't done with the drama yet so Kandy was brought back to life

She is great, love her sarcastic sense of humor and the fact that she is quiet and gentle to the other queens yet so loud with her stage presence i mean she just has IT!
She will for sure win one day, unfortunately Sasha Colby exists this season, and the judges won’t not give her the crown to keep Sasha Colby under the Drag Race name.

this should have been double shantay honestly. the way they both take full advantage of the stage while keeping an eye out to not block or bump into each other - and even react to each other is so smooth, and yet it doesn't take away from them doing their own thing. Anetra's jump which is followed by a perfectly timed flip by Marcia x3 is just absolute genius. and that almost-bump-into-you-double-twirl. amazing. and just the timing both of them have!!!
It's been a year and I'm still binge watching this, this lip sync is hands down the best lip sync in Drag Race herstory.

Dude, double shantays has been such a disappointment for a long time now. Instead of using it as an incentive for the girls to actually lipsync for their lives, it's now used to save the producer's darling.

This lip sync confirmed for me that double saves are all pre-determined and this show is over-produced. This is probably the best lip sync ever on the show.
Shout-out to the editors of this lip sync. From giving each back-bend a moment to shine, to the camera cutting to both of them as they suddenly turned to face the judges (right before performing simultaneous stunts on the beat-drop), this is an exceptionally well-edited lip-sync.
I don’t know who he/she is, and I doubt they’ll ever see this, but the editing on this is exceptional and they deserve to get their flowers. Great camera work too.

Marcia's spinning jump split was so smooth. The way her dress moved was so nice.
Every time I watch this I notice more and more that this very accidentally seems PERFECTLY choreographed to go TOGETHER. They both do complimentary leveling and lines, if one is up the other is doing floorwork. Like, down to tiny little details, "are they psychic twins" kind of synchronization. Perfect example is 1:01-1:02, Marcia twists OUT of the bridge AS ANETRA HITS THE SOMERSAULT. It was already such an impressive on the fly decision from both INDIVIDUALLY, how they managed to get these little tiny details to line up this perfectly TOGETHER can only be attributed to the utter talent they both possess. This entire performance was an absolute serve, and it's clear they both took their dance classes really seriously-- I bow to these queens! We need to see WAYYYY more of them together

I think there was something about RuPaul telling production that she was 100% going to send home a queen every single episode, so I expect she wanted to have a double shantay, but it just wasn't in the cards for this season :(
I don't think Ru was a fan of Marcia's looks, and that she needed more drag experience. She also knew no one else but Anetra could take her out in a lip sync...

@@kiwi5442yea Ru said that during the first/second episode (I forget exactly but it was during the double premieres) because of the backlash the show got for how many non-elimination episodes 14 had (and a bit from the beginning of 13) but no one wanted zero non-elimination episodes, just fewer and when they were actually deserved. Imo this should have been a double stay and the a Rusical should have been a lip sync for the win.

You know this was an immaculate performance because 1. They played the whole song and 2. There were no insane cuts. Every cut was just a change in camera view, no skips. Few and short judge reactions. Even with Salina's confessional, they stopped the whole performance and started again from exactly where it left off lmao

I love how this was more of a lip sync WITH each other as much as it was against each other. You could tell they were both having a blast performing and it encouraged the other to perform even more.

You know it's an iconic moment when Michelle is waving her arm around. One of the best lipsyncs in all of the franchises hands down, both of them did so damn well. Marcia should be damn proud that she went out on this, she completely held her own. This could've been a double save but the musical is next so they only have a set number of roles.
I'm so sad Marcia left before her chance to do a RUSICAL her actual forte. nonetheless she went out on a fkin high and earned so much respect from that one 3 minutes than most do in an entire season

I´ve never seen martial arts moves so perfectly incorporated into dance. Anetra is bringing a style of performance that draws inspiration from so many different sources, it´s just astounding. I´ve honestly never seen anything like that before. She is the silent winner of season 15

The fact that Anetra can keep the attention on her 1) from the back of the stage and 2) while another queen is doing a fantastic spin into a drop split is, as Violet would say, a talent.
and Anetra wears dark clothes and a black wig, contrary to Marcia's light dress, stockings and wig, which makes Anetra even less visually stand out... Love Anetra❤
