I think the FAV is probably the best for this kind of highest speed warfare tactic. To give a more accurate view we would need the cost per unit. By that measure the FAV appears to have the edge.

These things are horrible absolutely no protection defense against incoming fire. I know they are meant to light weight and fast, but doesn't matter how fast you can go if you're dead. There are plenty of materials and designs that could and should be added to these vehicles to protect the war fighter. Kevlar etc.
