I think itll be a great saw once the leaks get fixed. Itll be a project to work on sometime. I havent taken one of these down before so im looking forward to it.
@ not a bad way to go on them sometimes. It deff sounds like it’s lean. Could try to spray some carb cleaner around the clam, intake and impulse to see if it’s sucking air.
Hey Mike. Carlton, the good stuff.🎉. Yayyy, someone actually greasing their bar😁😁. Queen of the hill😅😅 Nice thing about all this dead down ash I have, no limbing. Notice he gave away the orange and white saw, not the all orange ones 🤣🤣
Hey Mr Brandon, I sure like the carlton chains they always seem to do very well for me. that dog gets wild sometimes lol no limbing would be amazing I know i thought about that later lol. i need some all orange saws lol. He did tell me it had issues before hand
Yeah id take the muffler off and inspect the piston. I remember when Joe rebuilt the saw and i can't remember if he put crank seals in it or not? Get ya a can of carb or brake clean and spray around the carb and cylinder and see if it dies in any of those spots. Good luck!
@tedneitzel hey Mr Ted. I will definitely check those areas. Ive talked to Joe about it and he did install new crank seals but suspects the climb she'll case or crank seals leaking.
you could hear the tone change later on after running the saw. i should have stopped it then it was going lean. that will melt down a piston and cylinder and wreck it

Hey Mr Tony, she is wild lol. Ya ill tinker with it sometime. Probably pull the clam shell out and start over with it all

I prob will try and pin point it but good possibility it is coming from down low. might make for a good video taking it apart

Morning Mike! Ah I love your dog. Too cute and full of beans! She must be fairly young still? Thor is old but still has a bit of spark in him!
Hey you two, She still has alot of pep in her step. we think she is around 1 and a half ish years old

@@LumberLineFarmingCountry Yes sir i know the feeling everything is saturated and muddy. Good luck logging.
Hey Rusty Mike, you speak of the devil and he calls you... hahahaha
Hey 902, lol your the only one that caught that so far.
Those Carlton chains are hard to beat for the money
I agree, they have always worked great for me
Don't worry you will get it I'm sure
Yes sir. I'll mess with it sometime and see what we can come up with
It hopefully something simple looking forward to you trying to fix it.
I hope so. Talking to Joe it's possible it's the crank seals or the clam shell seal
what are we suppose to not do that almost wrecked the saw???
you could hear the tone change later on after running the saw. i should have stopped it then it was going lean. that will melt down a piston and cylinder and wreck it
Gas tank air vent plugged???
I will check that separately and see if it's clear. That's for the idea
Are ya busy filming? Haha
@@OpenAirAdventureFirewood lol that has happened more than once lol. I don't mind
Morning Mike
Mornin Mr Todd
