Morning Mike! Winter is wreaking havoc all around us. We have people stranded on highways almost 24 hours now. It's been crazy. Good to be prepared! ✌️🇨🇦🇺🇸♥️
Oh man that sounds awful. I hope everyone is ok. That would be a whole different level of preparing for winter. I couldn't imagine keeping enough stuff in my vehicle to survive 24hrs stuck in it. Hope you both are doing well in all the chaos.
Ive already burned at least a full cord of wood. I usually go through at least 5 cord of wood full cord 4×4×8! I went to the woods and cut another load yesterday because i was bored! Ill have a good start for next year!
Currently 26 here. No snow, but trains from the west are covered. Assume they're from Buffalo or PA. Still working on corn. Combine down cuz of blown bearing which allowed pulley to slam into another and get good and broke. New one hopefully Wed. So I can work on picking more now
Morning Mike , been busy , I am selling my black walnut tree and I have to clean up around the yard moving stuff so they have room . Some one is coming over to get 2 feeders , repeat customer so I'm sure he'll come .
@@TheRustyGarageandHomestead an Amish co out of Pennsylvania is . Last year the guy got 7 this year 2 , I bet he still has pork left over from last year's. He said last year it was for his whole family and he was raising them for them
Hahaha i sure used to when i did this kind of work for a living. Anymore she used to it. lol She finally just gave up. Mr Kenny thank you for being here
Hi Mr Seven. I don't remember the brand off the top of my head. I did put a video out about them a month or two ago. They are a doing good so far. I believe they are 42" or maybe 48's. I found them new on maketplace about 1.5 hrs away from me in kansas. All the ones closer to me where twice as high.
@@stevenleckrone4323 Thank you. So far they are doing well. I use them more than the bucket for sure. I haven't bent one yet. I'm sure sometime I will pick up something I shouldn't and tweak on but so far so good.
Yes Sir, Rusty Mike, tis my 2 fav seasons - firewood & hunting 👍👍.
Hey 902. I do enjoy both of these season's as well.

@TheRustyGarageandHomestead we are fine. Decided not to make the 4 hour trip to the camp. Kind of bummed but for the best obviously!
@@lorettaandjasonoffgrid Dang its 4 hrs to the offgrid cabin. that is a bummer but better for you all to be safe
Love the sound of that tractor, not impressed with a leak already, but the tractor is in good hands 👍🚜
Hey Mr Len. Ya I'm annoyed by the leak but I'll fix it soon. Hopefully it's simple

Man Mr Ted that's a good bit of wood. I need to get started on next years firewood.

Mr Brandon, I'm glad the snow is holding off for ya. Hopefully you get back up and going soon. Always something around the farm to work on.
Hey Mike, come across you on The Rock Hill Farms Channel a while back. I'm watching from Wisconsin. I Like your videos, great job 👏
Hi Chad thank you for being here. Hope the weather isnt too awful that far north. I need to go see Brock and do some more videos again.
Dang, that is quite a leak Mike! You had mentioned it but I didn't think it was that much.
Ya Luckly the level isn't going down that bad. It more annoying than anything. Ill fix it here soon. Fingers crossed its easy
Another great show Mike, keep cuttin' brother!
Thanks

Thats great. Are the mennonites buying your walnut? Repeat customers are always good

Good work man!
Thank you Mr Joe
I agree I think those knots and odd chunks burn better and put more heat out
i really think they do. I think the tight grain just holds together longer and it makes it last.
@ agreed
Nothing like cold weather to expose coolant leaks
It always something to do. Ill fix it here soon. My 50hr service is closing in
That loader frame grease winds up on me every time 😂
Every time I'm near that machine i think the grease just jumps out at me. It always gets on me then smears everywhere. Thanks for stopping by.
Haha, you will get an ear full over that grease. Good to get those loose ends tied up before the snow hits.
Hahaha i sure used to when i did this kind of work for a living. Anymore she used to it. lol She finally just gave up. Mr Kenny thank you for being here
Oh shoot.... Those grease points are getting me on the tractor over and over again.
It seems like the grease jumps out at me anytime I'm near it!
I typically use 5-7 rick
Thats not a bad number to put up for your family. Just depends how cold the winter is.
Man I feel your pain on the jacket happens every time lol
lol i cant have nice things
@ you and me both lol
1 hr south of me has been getting pounded with lake effect snow
Ah thats a pain. We have had that in my area before. not very often. Kinda cool to see
You in NY? Wayne county here, nothing yet. Trains coming thru from the west are covered
@ I'm in Niagara co Newfane , the snow is below Buffalo
@@toddcaskey9984 you both are basically neighbors lol
Hi Mike. Please tell me about your forks. 42”? Did you buy them with the tractor? Do you recommend them for totes?
