That outbreak on Delta Halo in Halo 2? That's because Penitent Tangent ignored a malfunction for some containment facility _near the Library of his Ring_ and ignored the problem for _millennia._ Sure, Spark may have tried to get us to activate Installation 04 but at least _he was trying to keep the Flood contained and do his JOB while Penitent Tangent left a whole outbreak alone for several thousand years!_ And he got himself CAPTURED too somehow, good job to every Monitor, _except for 2401 Penitent Tangent._
What's funny is how he chose to do nothing for thousands of years, but when a human shows up, and both of them are captured, the monitor is like 'we got to control this outbreak!'
Yeah, uh... I think BOTH Monitors were going through rampancy, just in different ways. Spark was overly possessive of his original and replacement ring, and Tangent didn't do what he was meant for
@@dj11o9er Well there WAS a whole Gravemind holding him captive so his reaction is actually kind of justified since if the Flood are in _that_ stage doing everything possible to kill it or get rid of anyway for it to actually survive is understandable but Tangent literally ignored several warnings and basically let the Flood go free.
Spark meanwhile is an Ancient Human mind stuffed inside of an immortal body and then was left alone with no social contact for a very long time since outside of like Penitent Tangent everyone else just went silent and are still MIA... Actually do we even know what happened to Tangent after Halo 2? Anyway, Spark may have actually been more vulnerable to rampancy because of his origin and the other Monitors not so vulnerable... Outside of Tragic Solitude who went rampant from the Human-Covenant War making its way to his Installation and ravaging it in the final days of the war, Tangent meanwhile doesn't seem rampant he just seems incompetent. But back to Spark, he did jump right to "FIRE THE RING, THE FLOOD ARE LOOSE!" however I'd like to remind everyone that the Flood spread practically all over the Ring and into various ships in the Covenant's fleet so the Flood almost completely got loose and space travel plus a Gravemind in only a matter of hours... Like, Guilty Spark at least understood the severity of the outbreak as a whole on his Ring and that it was almost at a point where the galaxy itself was screwed, Tangent meanwhile did literally nothing.

No it's definitely not I've seen it glitch and just not show it same withe the view count but if u refresh it usually fixes it

It eventually started showing them but yeah it about a day to do so.
