They had a coaches in thomasville, when they first opened they were awesome, after the first year they started having different managers come in and went downhill fast and closed shortly after, maybe open about 3 years total. Great job on the videos guys.
The decorations were cool. The food looked really good. We wanted to go to Mayberry days but wasn't sure how bad the storm was going to be here. Have fun
Have family that live in Dobson ..haven’t been there since early 70’s. We’ve been only able to take day trips this year, with the exception of a weekend trip to TN end of June, and our annual beach trip end of April. Will be going back to garden city mid October. Hubby still works and our weekends are crazy busy usually. Got Fall decorations up today. Have a fun weekend in Mayberry 😀
The football helmet lights were really cute. David said to tell you the best looking jersey in the place had pinstripes. I thought the food looked decent. I would definitely like to try the Hawaiian chicken. It was a fair review of your experience. Good job!
Yeah, that's how I would describe the food... Decent. Certainly not the worst, and definitely not the best. It was convenient for getting to the motel late, because it was basically right across the street. And we have been wanting to try one of these places. Probably the best way to summarize it, is that I would definitely do it again, if we were staying close by to one. I don't know that I would drive a long way and make a special trip to go to one.
We've been to that location twice and I got a burger both times. Can't remember which one I got but each time but it had ba on on it,lol! There is OR used be another COACHES location there on 52/ Andy Griffith Pkwy in Mt. AIRY. There used to be a restaurant there at that spot that was called GOOBER's 52
Nice! You've been to that exact location! I saw on the menu, where it said there was also a Mt.Airy location. Probably the one you mentioned. We were actually planning to try the one in Hickory, and it shut down suddenly, before we did.

Weather was beautiful yesterday. Started off rainy this morning, but the rain has stopped. Just cloudy, breezy, and cool now.

We've eaten at a Dodge City Steakhouse, but I haven't seen a Sagebrush around in years.

The place looked nice but it came across as a bit echoey. I prefer when the sound is deadened a bit.
