Hi, Thanks for this video. After hours of watching Tokyo videos/vlogs on TH-cam, yours is the most comprehensive, understandable and logical of all.I have been to Tokyo once before, but this has really helped me to understand the lay of the land and the logistics of seeing Tokyo with a sense of order. It is a shame that the robot restaurant has closed as it was a highlight of my trip there, as well as the fact that I was lucky enough to actually go to see the Sumo. It appears that there is now a Samurai show in Tokyo. Have you heard of it, or even seen it? We stayed in Hamamasucho, which was not anywhere near the areas you described, however, the Yamanote line is superb and there were no issues getting around, and it was a station on that line. Thanks again and I will now look at more of your content. Cheers from Australia. :)

      Hi Marko.
Thank you very much for your generous and detailed feedback. Your points are exactly the ones we try to deliver upon.
There is now a “Samurai Show” and it is run but the owners of the original Robot Bar, but it is different and not quite as wild and crazy as the prior one.
Hope you enjoy our other videos where we offer the same fun, informative format for other destinations around the 🌎

The Robot Restaurant is closed forever, but it's been replaced by Samurai Restaurant Time which is very similar. Not sure if it's as good as I haven't been to either, but came across it during my planning.

Yes. That is true. The same company does the Samurai Show today, but I think it is “50% level” of what use to be the Robot show with all its craziness.

Thanks for the Tokyo simple map, love your video and walk thru with all the sites with the map. If you have time, I would like to know how to get to these sites with trains and stations. Thanks again!

Check out our Tokyo Ultimate Guide for much more about getting around and using Tokyo’s transit system.
It’s easy to use the Suica card and trains to get with 100yrd of where you need.
+ Google Maps is pretty good for defining which stations and connections work best.

Great info, love having the map view. One small correction, TeamLab Planets is in Odaiba and TeamLab Boarderless is in Azabudai hills.
