Good video, but just like a lot of other"how to mount ceiling fan" videos, not enough emphasis is put on the expandable bracket that goes up in between the elusive studs that the box mounts too. Everyone makes it look so easy. It is, if you have attic access to the ceiling below.
What about swapping out the old light switch to the new fan and light switch?

Do I have to go from a 15 amp to a 20 amp switch if I go from light to fan?
No
If your fan draws more than 15 amps there is a major problem, lol
Light kits are desingned
every video I see, as soon as they show me the tools I say NOPE, I will hire an electrician. I have two fans I want moved to two rooms that don't have fans in them and then three new fans installed. For those 5 fans, I'd rather pay a handyman or an electrician. Because I can see me in the ambulance right now

How u wire it to have pull chain on fan n light on switch?
The wires would go to a single switch, so the switch provides power to the light and the fan. The fan can be turned on an off, as well as have the speeds changed through the pull chain, and the light remains on the same switch the previous light was on. Unless there is another pull chain for the light, the only way to have the fan on, is the also have the lights on.

Yes. It will still have the same two wires when you remove it
