Hi, this is awesome preview for porting maya rig to cc4. But Is it possible to generate rig in cc4 for mesh without rig and also is it possible to create the facial rig from cc4 and use the rig in maya?

It is possible to rig a character without a rig inside of CC4, like in this video: th-cam.com/video/x3JOyJqAMAU/w-d-xo.html , but you are not able to create a Facial rig for custom character inside of CC4, only the body rig. You could use ZBrush to create Blendshapes to fill out the facial rig parts in the Facial profile editor.
CC4 has load Maya HIK profile which automatically matches the bones to the HumanIK rig. I tried it with Auto Rig in Maya, unfortunately the naming convention doesn't match the profile. Could you check into that and advise? I think it would be much easier and quicker than manually selecting bones

Does it support driver joints on shoulder elbow and knee from advance skeleton to cc4.5
It simplifies the ASR for easier Rigging in CC4, so it doesn't retain all the functionality that you see in Maya.
