    I finished watching the new Tekken Bloodline anime and there was at least a Julia scene lol. Fight scenes were pretty on point and reflects the game animations pretty well. What do you think about it? #tekkenbloodline #tekken7

    Julia definitely is very brave and gutsy to take on Heihachi by herself.💯

      The chang’s are definitely not afraid of heichachi.. hahaha. michelle threw an axe at him in the last movie, now julia’s fighting him all by herself. This might be a quick fight but the bravery of the changs are really commendable.

    Wait a minute this whole scene feels fimiliar. Didn't Julia's mother Michelle did something similiar to this in the first animated movie where she tried to assassinate Heihaichi in the tournament!?

      Yes, she did. Michelle threw an axe at Heihachi and he caught it with his teeth. Kinda hilarious how overpowered they portray the Mishimas in these movies...

      Yeah King definitely should've been cut, and they should've given the "mother taken by ogre" character moment to Julia. The show already has its own Canon they could've just had ogre kill or take her mother in this.

    I hope they give more attention to the secondary characters in both tekken 7 and Bloodline there are a couple of them they focus on a little bit and all the others just show them, they not even show one fighting scene for some in Bloodline, and sh*tty storylines in Tekken 7.

    Heihachi: S class in Sidestepping, defense, agility and punishment! Analysis: When your opponent KNOWS the mup TOO well! LOL. Poor, Julia! Still, though...she took the force of his hammer punch like a trooper and shook it off (with some, noticeable pain) Note: Hei and Julia did one of their moves in this from the opposite limb, not totally faithful to the game which should've been a no-brainer. Even so, it looks decent enough in action.

    I thought the anime was okay. The fights, as you said yourself, were on point, the animation suited me. They stayed true to quite a lot of the original lore. I did not really enjoy the facial structures of Julia, Xiaoyu and Paul, and a bit of timeline confusion still happens - the entire appearance of Leroy, Paul having the beard already, Julia not having her T3 outfit, though I guess they feared SJW backlash if they gave her Native American clothing - despite her having Native American roots...
    It was the first time since his debut that I kind of did not absolutely and passionately hate Hwoarang.
    Still, the final episode lacked impact, I feel. The story itself was, well, Tekken, and as much as I love Tekken as a game, the story never was outstanding. There was a lot of potential for giving other characters a spot of fame, but 6 episodes was too short to show any fights but the essential ones.
    Overall, I was mildly positively surprised. It's not the best anime ever, but it is my second favourite Tekken movie (and with about 2 hours runtime, I count it as a movie...). Tekken: The Motion Picture still is my fav, but maybe it's because of nostalgia. Bloodline Rebellion, Tekken and Tekken 2, the live action ones, should just never be mentioned...

    • @smartie354
      @smartie354 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm unable to see this, as I don't have Netflix, but I can still comment on the part of Paul having a beard. If this series is mostly, beginning from a T3 timeline then yes, Paul grew the beard. It was 15 years after T2 in the game, so he debuted a scruffy beard when he returned in T3. It made him look more mature and has cropped it in more, modern Tekkens up to T7.

    • @SyckestBlah
      @SyckestBlah ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@smartie354 Huh. Considering I play Tekken since the first installment, one would have assumed I have my facts together. But apparently not, as I was convinced Paul got his beard in T4, when he also let his, and fans, down. I even double checked it right now. The beard isn't as prominent in T3, but it's absolutely visible. :p
