R.I.P. Milton Berle (1908-2002) Mike Connors (1925-2017) Little Richard (1932-2020) Charlotte Rae (1926-2018) Lynn Redgrave (1943-2010) Jan-Michael Vincent (1944-2019)
IMDB says that USA movie "A Case For Murder" aired 5/19/93, which would place this airing the day before. (Makes sense...I vaguely remember Davidson Squares, which would've had to be through USA airings, and 1993/94 is about when I think I started catching their game show block regularly.)
Sounds right to me. This was a Tuesday episode, which is what 5/18/93 was. Also, the ad for the Great American Sweepstakes mentions that the trip offered would have to be taken the first week of July 1993.
Scott Sternberg before Wheel 2000, Jep!, Great Pretenders and Catch 21 Harry Friedman before JEOPARDY! and Wheel of Fortune Rick Rosner the man behind Just Men!, Caesars Challenge, Lottery!, Personals, 240-Robert & "CHiPs" and Merrill Heatter the man behind the Squares had no involvement with the show and calls The NEW Hollywood Squares a Circus
Louie ‘The Poundcake’ Anderson, it would be his wrestling name RIP Louie you are missed I loved Louie but I would not want any of his baking after that demonstration lol
This is where I first saw Louie Anderson, who sadly passed away this morning.

@@robh748 6/25/1993 was the last day Davidson Squares aired on USA, which was replaced by Talkabout on 6/28/1993

Are you the same person who used to run the Rob Homa channel sir?
It is I.
Good to see Harry Friedman before “Jeopardy!”
and before Wheel of Fortune
Interesting that my dad worked at “Jeopardy!” at the time of the John Davidson “Hollywood Squares.”
Harry worked on Marshall Squares 15 years before Davidson Squares
Johnny Davidson saying "No way!" is like Gilbert Gottfried saying "You fool!" (although that gag started with Penn (& Teller)).
