On page 5 paragraph 3, it states, if you are stopped by a police officer, you are 'entitled' to know the officers name, number, station they are attached to and the reason for the encounter. I insist on calling them constables not officers.

If someone wants to allege it was they need to support the claim with a fully calibrated Home Office approved device. Therefore a person guessing at the rate of a vehicle's perambution does not constitute the requirements of an official speed measuring device, which in turn highlights the utter incompetence of this pair of Home Office approved cattle-heads.
