This has been very helpful. I've found that it is hard to find the 4-pin light bulbs the builder installed and when I did find them, they were almost $10 a bulb. I have six lights in my kitchen and that can get expensive.
why are these better than can? I am gutting my house and I need help in choosing recessed lighting. Are the cans that you nail to studs not good anymore? Thank you.
Helps to save money in today’s world. This is very helpful and superb. Thank you very much.

Wow, I didn’t know about these lights. Very informative video! Thanks Frank!
Thanks Kim I appreciate you always watching and commenting
Not very bright
the junction boxes are not UL listed
I prefer the nonglare ones that are recessed slightly. Looks way better IMO.
Well what brand are they
Torchstar on amazon

I find these much easier to use, replace, and more inexpensive. I really like these lights I’ve used them all through my house.
What are the life span on them? How do you replace them if one of them stop working?
There is a better term: color temperature. 😊
Thanks !
Bought these lights, and they are not bright at all, I sent them back, you will not like them
@@PIANOBARN I’m surprised you think that, I’ve bought many of these and I think they’re very bright
