I have fogged from the knit garment directly onto my swift. Works and saves time.
The Rock-It Tee bass become a template for me as it fits beautifully. I have knit 4 tops from the pattern and they are all different yarn gets, lengths, sleeves etc. They range from really casual to dressy. I really like having good patterns that work as a recipe for the style where a little math provides the opportunity for many options.

i like the Farmer's daughter's yarn and second choice is the Stephen West

It’s hard to tell colours on screen. The main yarn looks like it has a yellow undertone. I would vote for the Farmers Daughter or Walk for the contrast.
