I have a doubt what does Bank pay to the client who defaulted ?? Lets say client has paid 75% principal and got defaulted for remaining 25%. so in this case does bank payback anything back to client after auction ? Or will take both 75% principal money and bidding money both ??
In this case bank will provide for delaying the project without any universal uncertainty Builder is liable to pay 12 - 15 % intrest on your submitted money.
As per auction and by doing bidding RERA and New Bharat construction company assign same project to any other reputed developer of the market and that is how Regulatory body of Real Estate save rights of Investors.
