I watched this video with my dad tonight (and one of the other recent china food places that you visited). I have to say that those beef pancakes and the dumpling that came in a circle looked out of this world. Now, I absolutely LOVE dumplings, but I've never had dumplings like those. That red chili sauce that you like to use looks like it would be amazing on ALL of it. I'm not too much much of a noodles guy, but I could definitely be persuaded. Like I mentioned to you the other day: I live in NH, and you seem like a profoundly intelligent and worldly man, so you probably know how much of a food desert this place is lol. Anyway, I'm so happy that you and your partner are able to enjoy such wonderful delicacies and share your experiences. Thanks again!

The Durango location also has higher $$ since the rent is a lot higher. The seating area was just doubled at the original location last year.
Yes! The original location is much better than it used to be before the fire.

I knew from the first picture you were at Shang….It is definitely on my list whenever I get to Vegas. So happy you reviewed it, Thank you. It’s amazing and wonderful how different cultures can be. Slurping at the dinner table was frowned upon for sure…. Thanks for the tip, no white, bring a bib and slurp away lol

I visited Vegas last year and my family went there. It was as good as advertised. Only downfall was the wait.
Yes, we went 15 minutes before opening and were third in line. If you got there right at opening you probably won't get a seat for 30 minutes! Thanks for watching, 😁

No, is there anything special or unique compared to the one on Flamingo? Now that the on one Flamingo has been expanded and remodeled after the fire it's such a nicer atmosphere than before!

Wish you would have done a better job of showing the menu, on their website there are no prices on the menu which is usually a red flag...
