PCOS stimulation in IVF: A challenge when stimulation fails

PCOS stimulation for IVF continues to be a huge challenge . There are times when FSH threshold is not broken and in cases of PCOS 3-4 oocytes~(Eggs) are obtained . Why does it happen ? and are there any remedies to improve the stimulation
