These soles got rid of my lower back pain by 70% in less than 3 weeks of daily wear. My hips stopped popping at the gym and stretching my lower body feels looser and less tight. I almost can’t believe it. Best $70 I have paid in a while. Thank you

Woud the thins be good for max cushion shoes like New balance fresh foam x more v4/5? and would it keep the feel of the shoe or will it feel a little firmer?

You could probably go with a Medium in max cushion runners like that. The feel of the cushioning in the Medium would be closer to the factory insoles in terms of cushioning. If you used a Thin, it would feel firmer inside the shoe, but you'd still enjoy the benefits of the bouncy max cushioning foam in the shoe, of course.

Is the arch length the same regardless of insole length? Like, is the arch positioned the same distance from the heel cup on both a 10 and an 11? I ask because I am a 10.5 and was afraid that if I ordered an 11 and trimmed that the arch support would be in the wrong spot. I have had this problem with other brands in the past and would like to avoid it.
    Thanks.

Great question. The arch length definitely varies, but not hugely between consecutive sizes. We recommend you still order an 11 and try it. If it doesn't work for you, you are always protected by our 90 day guarantee when you shop from yoursole.com
