How did a video entitled "(null)" get us so many views?

Most of the Saturday Demo videos for Cosmic Plumbing get 40-50 views when I promote them. How then did a video called "(null)" get 300% more views in a single day? Did the strange title create weirdness in the TH-cam algorithm? Would anyone else be willing to name an episode "(null)" and see if they also get exceptional results?
