Some people dont like the gym so big, but for me as a fitness enthusiasts, damn thats a gem. U can take a look at another massive house with the default gym area....thats sad set up.
I think my favorite part is the basement. That is one beautiful and functional bar. I can picture Patrick, Domonic and me having a few cocktails there. The upper outdoor area is also very beautifully done. I do have one question, though, is the furniture and gym included in the price or is that just for staging purposes?

Excellent interior design however would you really spend over 3 million on a 3 bedroom house . I think there is better bang for you buck elsewhere. The gym is fantastic but completely over the top considering there are only 3 bedrooms. I would suggest that downstairs space could have been better utilised as another sleeping area..another well put together video guys.

I enjoy every new episode from you, for obvious reasons, when the house looks good. My wife and I usually have a good laugh on our remarks when we do not like something - and this house was full of such things. I totally respect people who like it, I actually appreciate that people have different tastes, but this house was awful: many houses of the same style build next to each other, no "breathing space", interior design was wanna-be very original but mostly terrible in the result. Many weirdly shaped areas, not natural but too strained. Then that common driveway to the garages, entry to the house's basement right from the driveway... nah. And the most idiotic thing was that D&G toaster 🤦♂️
