My motto is I want to put the best I can into my body and the bodies of my family. The organic meat is expensive, but we just eat less of it to stretch it out. We do that with a lot of stuff. Eat like they do in Japan and not super-size everything like we do here! :-)

If you follow the advice in this video, you’re going to steer clear of the more processed meats (which of course you are that’s why you’re here) and pay close to $7 for a pack for less than 1/2 a pound. That’s going to affordably feed a family for a week? It seems like you would have to have a lot more money to afford these meats than if you were to opt for a healthier option. Peanut butter and honey, home made burritos with rice, beans, and some vegetables, chickpea curry, wraps, buddha bowls, etc. are all going to be a lot cheaper than meat, of which the prices are only increasing

THE MILLION-DOLLAR QUESTION: Will you go to Heaven when you die? Have you lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain, or lusted (which Jesus said was adultery, Matthew. 5:28)? If so, God sees you as a liar, thief, blasphemer, and adulterer at heart. If you die in your sins, you will end up in a terrible place called Hell. But there's good news. Though we broke God's Law, Jesus paid the fine by dying on the cross: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John. 3:16). Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. He fulfilled all the prophecies of the promised Savior. Please, today, repent and trust Jesus, and God will forgive you and grant you the gift of eternal life (Ephesians. 2:8,9). Then, to show your gratitude, read the Bible daily and obey it, join a Christian church, and be baptized. Visit t.co/jp8bFXYtmE and t.co/xnaFXWz1gr....

I know a lot of people say it's too expensive or can't afford it, but if you eat proper portions, it really isn't expensive at all. I grew up in a family of 6 and we had 1lb of meat between all of us once a day at dinner. We weren't poor, it's just how my parents ate growing up. Breakfast was rice or millet and veggie soup and an occasional egg. Lunch was veggie sandwiches, a boiled egg, fruit or rice, stewed veggies and a piece of fruit. Nobody needs 4 slices of good quality lunch meats or 1/2 lb grass fed burgers or 16oz rib eye steaks per meal. A slice of lunch meat chopped up on a salad or in a sandwich with veggies is enough. 1/8 -1/4 lb of meat is more than enough for a meal per person and should be eaten with whole grains and veggies and healthy starches like sweet potatoes. We don't need meats every day. Eggs, quinoa, beans provide protein and you don't need more than one egg per meal, 1/4 cup of quinoa or 1/4 cup of beans. Most people eat 1/2lb of meat or more at each meal. I've seen people eat 6 slices of bacon and 4 eggs with 3 slices of toast with sugar filled coffee drinks. That's too much!!! No wonder the obesity and type 2 diabetes has risen. You can eat whatever You want in moderation. Nobody needs a whole candy bar. Nobody needs a whole bag of chips. Nobody needs treats and snacks every single day! Learning to portion control can be hard, but you can start by swapping foods with healthy options and you won't feel deprived.
Take control of what goes inside your body. It's the one thing we have full control of in life.

As I mentioned above, I purposely go to Costco for especially the rubber gloves in the boxes, You get 2 boxes for less than you would ever pay in the grocery store,. I also purchase The liquid CO Q10 there and my favorite probiotic. Oh, and let's not forget the roast chicken Which within the 5 days it is good I use for many different things

There is a health food store near me and they has sliced turkey (and other deli meats) that would pass the Bobby test. There is info posted on the counter etc explaining what is not in their deli products. It's very helpful. I don't see anything like that at regular store delis, so they probably aren't that good. Maybe there's a health food store near you!

But I agree that you need to watch your weight and eat mostly unprocessed food because even if you might still live a long life for less health problems it's better to eat good.

Friendly reminder that most of the "natural" processed meats contain "cultured celery juice" which is just sodium nitrite by another name.
And also cost 2-3x as much, while not being much better for you.

Guys if you want to save money and buy me or sandwich meat go to the butcher and just ask them to cut the meat for you and just pre slices they'll do this and not only will you be helping your local butchery but they're providing you with a good source of me that's not tampered with because they're heavily restricted unlike these grocery stores where they can just put anything in there and then put anything inside the food and call it food. Like I said guys support your local establishments a lot of these establishments have restrictions to maintain food quality a butchery will sell all sorts of needs

Riddle me this... I always buy the organic turkey at Costco but then noticed an interesting pre cooked turkey breast for sale and the ingredients are as follows: Turkey, Turkey Broth, Sea salt , sugar. The nutritional value shows no added sugars and the package said not antibiotics and no hormones. It's half the price of the other meat... some of this due to not being sliced. It's a 4 lb breast. What's your take???
