In my opinion, I don't think the prices will increase for now unless the dollar goes beyond #1,900/dollar.
Prices of building materials did not drop when the dollar rate fell , and I remembered that most Nigerians complained that the dollar drop didn't reduce prices of goods in some sectors of the economy.
Once again, thank you for reminding those in the diaspora to invest at home.
Most of them regret not investing when they grow old.

The one I dug last year was ₦450k. It can be less depending on the person you hire and the location.

East is a wide area to get a quote for a borehole because it depends on the water level in the area. Last year in our area the cost of borehole from the survey to drilling to piping to cleanout and every other thing was more than 4 Million Naira.

Onii where is that because even in Lagos and PH where you get water easily, that amount cannot even buy the sumo and the casings you need. Now sumo alone is about 300K.
