Night security smaller size apartment are much more practical and can easily be upgraded or if required can be sold for other options

Nice your house shows the passion for Brazilian culture through the decoration always thematic with very regional pieces from every corner you went to, I love the hanging parrot this is very common for people to have in their beach or country houses and gardens, show more Barra da Tijuca shoppings da barra,NY city shopping … the streets the houses the neighborhood tourist places, I believe it would be a good idea to show Americans about the June festival and all the typical food of this festival!

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil is seems to be much cheaper than especially in New York City while it is the most expensive city to live in the United States places to rent apartments or condos. People can buy a home less money than living in those states of New York and California. The property taxes will be much cheaper to live . I know about New York City, Manhattan with high cost of rents over 5,000 to 10,000 dollars to rent with the from one to three bedroom apartments or the condominiums there. The rents are crazy in New York City to pay for the month to place to live. Rio de Janeiro is a beautiful city to live in Brazil and I would live there too. There are so much to do in Rio de Janeiro and other cities close to it in Brazil. I loved the beautiful home there.

O piso da sala , corredores , janelas e paredes , parece o Rancho de Neverland do Michael jackson . Seu jardim e área de laser é muito aconchegante. Vocês tem muito bom gosto. Very cool! I love New York as well. We definitely could not have a house like this in NY though. Cost of living is much cheaper here.
First time here, great video! I'm from Rio but lived abroad for half my life. Rio is great - if you have the money, you are safe, If you don't, run away lol. I live in Copacabana but constantly get stressed out (I feel safer in Ipanema/Leblon/Gávea/Jardom Botânico)... Barra is great, lots of space, but it's far if you are used to Zona Sul life style. It's more like Miami, you need to drive everywhere. Zona Sul is more like the European city style, walkable distance everywhere etc... I wanted to get a house in Zona Sul, but can't find gated condomínios for houses here in Zona Sul (having a house outside a gated complex is a no go)...

The house that I grew up was raised is very similar, with the same tiles in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The tiles with the same flower and leaves almost make me cry. The hardwood floor was my favorite.
