- Is Grand Theft Auto 5 Overrated? I'll tell you what I think about that topic in this video...
Grand Theft Auto V is a 2013 action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It is the seventh main entry in the Grand Theft Auto series, following 2008's Grand Theft Auto IV, and the fifteenth instalment overall. Set within the fictional state of San Andreas, based on Southern California, the single-player story follows three protagonists-retired bank robber Michael De Santa (Ned Luke), street gangster Franklin Clinton (Shawn Fonteno), and drug dealer and gunrunner Trevor Philips (Steven Ogg), and their attempts to commit heists while under pressure from a corrupt government agency and powerful criminals. Players freely roam San Andreas's open world countryside and fictional city of Los Santos, based on Los Angeles.

The only reason people call it overrated is because they're mad at how long the game has been going for. If GTA V was a 4 year game like GTA IV then nobody would be calling it overrated. Watch when 6 comes out people will find a new appreciation for 5 when it's finally rested.
In my opinion, it's not overrated, and gta 5 being the second best selling game ever just shows how great it truly was.
Also, can I just say I love the background music in your video, the tbogt pause menu music is awesome.
Nah definitely not overrated and theres a reason its one of the best selling games however because of gta 6 taking over a decade and the story mode having no additional content and online being quite dull, theres many problems but definitely not overrated and the fact ppl still play it 10 years later kinda proves that. Theres lots of room for improvement, but i will say its overrated when compared to the older gta games. San andreas and gta 4 are elite
it was cool at its time, the game is dead,just griefers and hackers messing with people,nbody wants to do anything but kill you cuz everything been done ,its so stupid at this point that if i get online its def with a mod menu for proctetion and mostly to check whats new and nothing like always,rockstar killed this game themselves and even with the bans doesnt change a thing so focused on shark cards to still milk our pockets instead of showing a little love to story mode shit i would even purchase an expansion if it was made ,but hell let modders to do it for free right.. my honest opinion. it was cool but i would still replay gta4 more than 5, gta 4 did some good things that shouldve been brought over but instead was left behind...and i still feel like custumization like the stance should be allow on every car,if want to put benny on regular cars go ahead,but no wich i ssorta stupid when u trying to go for realism, not even exited for gta6 im just not into the rockstar bs anymore, gta 6 come out ill prob be playing san andreas or 4 driving down nostalgia lane..
