We were so impressed with Prescott that my wife and I purchased acreage in Long Meadow Ranch last year. It's beautiful! The property butts up to the Prescott National Forest with a grand view of Granite Mt. Since you mentioned Bloom Tree, Karen Woodsmall was our realtor. Karen went above & beyond for us. We can't say enough good things about Karen. She's awesome!
Thanks for the message! I know Karen well - a great agent! I'll let her know you reached out. And congratulations - it sounds like you found a beautiful spot. Enjoy...cheers!
@@ewetoob137 not too long ago I came across the following article published just recently: www.azwater.gov/news/articles/2023-12-21-0 . The Big Chino Aquifer appears to be a stable source at present, but it's hard to find anyone who does not express concern for the long term, considering the continued development and ambitious construction projects.
@@azkiltedrealtor Thank you for your reply and sending the article, I do appreciate it. It does seem counterintuitive to continually expand with such a relatively fragile water supply outlook.

Thanks for the video, nice area! Any water problems in the Prescott, and/or the surrounding area?
