I just think the Yew available to UK turners is better that what we get over here. It seems more authentic? I don't know, exactly. I've turned about three or four pieces and sometimes it has great color and figure and sometimes it doesn't. Yours always seems to be exquisite. In any event, I love your design for this piece, Mike. The cracks don't bother me at all and I think they just add a little more character. The finish looks great! Great job, buddy! 😊

Hi Mike lovely form. Yew is such nice wood to work with. I've just bought the Simon Hope swan neck tool like yours, what the smallest entry hole it pass through to allow hollowing on form like that one?
