I am about to buy an Clamp Meter so this was very interesting plus the added bonus of teaching a few words of Tagalog along the way. Maraming Salamat po/ Thank you very much.

Maganda mag explain maganda pa ang mga test instruments. Sana lahat na gaya namin kagaya mo, magaling na kumpleto pa sa gamit.

Next time check clamp hysteresis (zero shift) also. Measure current like +5A or more. Then measure low current at two directions (+, -). Then measure high current again at opposite direction (-5A). And then measure low current as both directions second time.

Clamp ammeter gives a quick measurement without having to interrupt the cable. Connecting an ammeter in series measures more accurately, but the internal resistance causes a voltage drop, which can reduce the current through the consumer. Often an approximate measurement is sufficient.
What I would like would be that the 2.000 volt range is extended to 6.000 V. The IC can measures it, but the firmware prevents it.
The temperature measurement is a joke. A cheap thermometer can do better.
Instead, you could have made a DC Volt direct current switch stage.
Well, in ampere rage you can set between AC and DC.

Used once last year when I bought it. It is not reading DC amps . I would say as an engineer that needs it to work the meter is absolutely crap because it's been kept absolutely dry in my boiler house where it is dry and a stable 70F.

base po sa expirience ko around 90% ang accuracy niya. pero ang magandang brand po ay yung FLIR kaso may kamahalan lang po.

If im not mistaken kahit gaano kabilis ang pag test mo sa current gamit ang probes iinit din yan agad agad kasi ang resistance nang probe is mababa
@@kotobukichannel4367 mas mabilis pong uminit kung mataas po ang resistance, ntsek ko na rin po before yung probe, may defect na po siya kasi luma npo, marami napong putol na strands of wires sa loob at tumaas narin po ang resistance.

@@kotobukichannel4367 pwede po kayong mag experiment for your own experience, mag-series po kayo ng dalawang resistor na same wattage, one has a higher resistance and the other one with a low resistance then supplyan nyo po, observe nyo kung alin ang iinit ng mas mabilis.

Thank you po sir sa reply. Ut210d medyo ok pala sya. First choice ko sana Habotest ht206d kaso walang gaanong clear na review gaya ng gawa mo. Baka naka encounter ka netong ht206d.
