The shape is not professional. Eliminate the loose runny white before cooking by straining. No need to use vinegar, just a bit of salt into the water before. Watch a master chef on how to poach eggs as they should be nice and round and poach the eggs below boiling point and use a lid on the pan to retain the heat!! Maybe fine at home, but not in a restaurant!!

Don't think the eggs were fresh enough they still just run so didn't coagulate enough, sorry not good

Heard of using vinegar but haven't tried. This looks easier than an egg overeasy....which I can only have if I eat out😄
