  • It looks as though the politicians are beginning to penetrate the judiciary.

This is how shameless how the Judiciary has become. You buy state high court ,I buy federal high court.Where is the brand new CJN? In 2023, young people were attacked for saying "all eyes on the Judiciary." Shame!!!

Supreme Court has given an order and a ruling so Wike is wasting his time.Thank God Fubara knows the law better than the so called Lawyer Wike.

The judiciary is not autonomous so what kind of judiciary are you expecting to have? He who pays the piper dictates the tune.

One of the disgustingly biase analyst here ever is this man called Amadi.
Supreme Court already gave a clear judgement, crystal clear. And a state was trying to go to around the corner with it for some selfish reasons, to just invariably return the state situation back to status quo. But bcs it's Anambra State now, you started jacking in your analysis evasively. If it's FG that is doing something like that over a supreme Court judgement, I am certain your analysis would be like everyone would die as a result.
    What a disgusting people.
Thanks so much Sambo for your clear and straightforward analysis on that instead 👍
    🇳🇬 God Bless Nigeria 🇳🇬

In law, the first in time prevails....the state high court gave a ruling how come the federal high court of coordinate jurisdiction stand on appeal on the same matter.

Pls lets be mindful of our statement on national tv. Explaining the judgements of the state high court and that of federal as supporting is not good for us as a people. The discussions should be out of the two seemly deferring judgement which is in line with the spirit of our constitution and the tenets of democracy. Narratives in this trajectory will help in the overall review of our judiciary.
