I am against almost everything about Pence. But in retrospect what he did by refusing to bow to Trump, was almost an act of heroism. It shouldn't be, it should just be the norm, but then no VP should ever be put in that situation by their President. That one act by Pence was the most significant thing he ever did in his political career.

People who can barely read and write, people who have never enjoyed reading and haven't read a single book since being forced to innschool, people that flunked Government class and Civics and History. You want to hear something horrifying? The Dept of Education website has this statistic on it: 54% of Americans have a sixth grade reading level or worse. Something like 20% can't do anything more than write their own name.

@@MrPhotodoc There’s zero honorable about Jack Smith. He argued that the case should be sealed to protect the witnesses and to keep Trump from trying the case in the court of public opinion. Now that his trial won’t come until after the election, he asked the judge to unseal it (and apparently no longer cares about the witnesses). He is the weaponization of justice.
So the 34 felony convictions were just a theatrical display to you? Take your L buddy. Since you all clearly have no interest in supporting honorable decent candidates you can keep your orange despot. The rest of us will stick with Harris and Walz for competent leadership. He spent months, whipping up his unhinged base into a frenzy, knowing FULL WELL how they might react. Then on the day, he provides cover for himself, by adding the caveat, 'peacefully & patriotically'. It was WAY too late at that point, for him to call for peace, & he knew that.

Pence was stand-up, no matter his position. I dont like him as far as his political background, but he's miles and miles ahead of Trump and Trump's insane following for not giving in. I've felt that Pence didn't get enough credit at all for refusing to give in to Trump's maniacal rampage. He stood in the way of some major bullshit for the country, and that deserves to be praised.
I hate all of Pence's policy positions, but for this one courageous act in saving our democracy, I forever respect him.

I don't think it is a close race. I think their are more Republicans voting for Harris then we think at this point.
