- In this tiny house tour, we visit the mobile house truck of Wayne and Anita. This wonderful couple made the brave decision 6 months ago to downsize their lives and fulfil their dream of living a more simple life on the road.
We were lucky enough to tour their beautiful tiny house truck, and learn more about what drives them to simplify their life and live closer to both nature, and each other.

This feels more like an introduction in how to live a peaceful, simple life rather than a tiny home feature. And I love it.

This video is proof that what my grandmother always said is so true, for every pot there is a lid and this couple are perfect for each other and I wish them many many years of happiness in their Tiny Home!

LOL. I seem to be a lid-less pot. Or a pot-less lid. I don't know what happened. I was sure that I had a twin flame or soul mate somewhere here on this earth.. But that turned out to be .. not the case.
He's a nice guy. But she seems to have a look in her eyes .. like .. 'what have I gotten myself into?' She likes him but she's not sure what she's doing. That's the impression I get from her body language. But what does a lid-less pot know? lol

I love that she said "So simple is life"...after he complimented her on her beauty and their floor :)
His happiness is infectious. His wisdom is beautiful. The floor, the woman, he is king of his castle. Love that yinyang symbol in the floor especially. Such balance from these two in their tiny home.

Two beautiful people who created a beautiful space. This video was a joy to watch, and be reminded of how a simple life can be so satisfying.
While the interior design is not my style and preference, I just LOVE the spirit and energy that this couple bring into their life and home, it's so full of LOVE. When they look at each other I see powerful love there..they're having each other in soul. Looks like they love each other so much that they're becoming so ONE. Their happiness and love is just inspiring. They're so lucky for having each other, for being together. Im happy for them. In short, this couple have the world in their hand; love, happiness, and real spirit of life.
I see some people making fun of these two, but imagine how great the world would be if more people thought like this.....
Delimama it could start becoming a trend, especially with global warming issues and homes getting destroyed by flood, fire or earthquake.

@@wyattt9820 whooosh you missed the point.. where would they raise a child in that cramped space? sure a baby can fit anywhere, but an older one who runs around? Poor kid. No privacy. Unless she is menopause or ok to abortion, this sweet dream is just a phase.

I really like the smaller foot print idea. A few years ago, I started on my own journey to step lighter.
Having lived as a kid in tiny trailers, and other minimal living situations due to poverty, it all came with a lot of shame, fear and a sense of dread. No bathrooms in those situations either. The pain of those days stayed with me through a lot of years, but has healed a bit as I have cleared, decluttered, and created my own small space. Now it has become enjoyable, living more simply.

When the weather is bad and all activity is closed up, I simply couldn't sit there and play my instrument and drink tea's. I would go crazy starring at the walls. :) That is just me. I prefer my comfort with shower and toilet and tv or something to relax to during the evening and bad weather days. With that said, this is a lovely and neat little home for them. I'm pleased they find it so comforting.
I am Hooked on these yideos, my partner & i have lived in a small space for over a year now.. We have rented aroom from an older couple and now we have been wanting to get a van, i want to live on the road. We were truck drivers awhile back.. I want us to someday live in a tiny home.... I am a simple person and i love the simple life... I wish this couple the very best that simple life can give..... Thanks for sharing!

That's so nice to have an old RV as a house that if I had the funds I'd buy myself one just to get away from the general public . Tell them I said peace , love , happiness and much respect to the couple . God bless .

This is the core essence of why I am starting on a tiny house. I'm only 16 and it would be a relatively inexpensive but long term housing, and would let me to focus on other things besides working hard to pay rent, mortgage, electricity, etc. It would also give me a canvas to express my creativity.
Its more about new love than living. Give it 10 years and see if you're still full of the joys of spring

Way to go!! How authentic these two are and their willingness to step away from the empty and meaningless life so many live- chasing status and acquiring objects. How far we have strayed from what is truly valuable. I honor them and their genuinity. Wonderful home and video

Great video, and a great home. I am an expat aussie, and I live alone (in Japan) in a much smaller truck, and I have spent the last 6 months discarding all of the things that I no longer have any use for. Loving your lifestyle is key to real happiness. Simplicity is also extremely important.

***** yes indeed, I'm thinking about building one or buying one because I'm about to start my job in a few months and I'll be doing contract travel nursing. So I will be on the road a lot and this would be so perfect for me. I really learned a lot from watching these videos.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I once said "affluence breads separation" and to hear this gentleman re-state this in his own words was refreshing. Seeing and commiting to the value of what's important in life is a fantastic discovery. I wish this couple continued joy in their life's journey.
Affluence may cause you to be more separated from society, but it does not "bread"[sic] it, what does cause people to separate from society is perhaps there own self desire to be important and influential, the notion that "affluence breeds separation" is in itself a way to give you an explanation for your desire to connect with others without allowing materialism to become a dividing force... just a hunch...(did you see what I did here?) lol
I felt touched when he said I can be happy, the way she looked at him was so sweet, you can tell they are lovely people, such an awesome home and couple.

Seems to me I met him at a Burning Man afterburner about 15 or 16 years ago here in San Fran at Cafe Cocomo. He was giving away free massages.

This is the current challenge- can we learn to relax and simply enjoy? One aspect of quarantine has been the gift of a space to let go of the busyness and reconnect with things that bring happiness. What that is will be different for everyone, but the common theme; why would we want to return to the old normal?

It's a lovely custom space and certainly not the typical mobile home. It's simple, warm, and has such nice natural light flooding in. It seems as though they're really enjoying that lifestyle.
One of my favorite videos that you've done so far. I think the couple was quite successful in the interior design of the home. The amount of sun created an airy spacial and energizing feel. The selection and the coloring of the wood creates such a warmth and energizing feel. Very charming couple. Needing a calm mind and constructive avenues for stress relief I think is very insightful for small space living.
