Hahaha. I wasn’t mad, actually having an amazing time. This was the first big outing with the 616 after we completed the rebuild, I’d say I was focused on running and listening for anything out of the ordinary with no facial expressions to be exhibited.
I noticed that on a lot of these videos (not just this channels but most) everyone looks like they are there against there will. I don’t get it! If I was cruising on these I’d have a big as smile all day.
its a shame you guys packed up on Friday you missed the trials and tribulations of getting the e8s out of the land fill tunnel after the leading truck cracked in half and got stuck sideways in the tunnel
Me and one other guy were the ones in the tunnel, we spent probably 20 minutes in that tunnel trying to move it out then another 10 once we got it out to put it back on the track.
I love this channel, always great videos that make me want to build my own steam locomotive.
These videos are amazing, and I really appreciate the commentary. My wish for next summer would just be able to see something like this in action!

I heard it was a mess for several hours. With it raining Saturday morning, I got home early and spent the day with my daughter and wife.
