Indian government reduced tax for corporates a while ago but they will not invest that saving unless they see demand in market. And to raise demand, individual tax has to go down. If there is high demand, corporates will produce more irrespective of taxes.

In case of India reducing taxes will not work as it worked in case of US, because Indians have lot better options to settle outside India while Americans didn't. So whatever extra money Indians will save they'll use it sometime in the future to settle abroad for a better life.
What government can do is to give tax relief for businesses that create jobs and change tax slabs for reduced income taxes. Its finally the governments job to balance out income from taxes, debt and the spending (specially on the freebies).
one major problem with India is most Indians are self employed and they do not draw any taxable salary and fabricate negative balance sheet. Govt is loosing both direct and indirect tax.
You are right but majority of Indians believe rightly that even if they pay tax it's useless as that money won't be used for healthcare education or anything good. Infact tax money will be used to make more bunglows for ministers and fund foreign tours

Boss - the US made massive infra investments in 1950s and 60s through tax money.. It was only in 80s that it cut taxes.. India is not in the stage where infra is developed, it's just now that we started doing it.. So don't compare apples vs oranges

Income tax system is the root cause of poverty of our nation. It is in no way a suitable tax system for a country like India where people struggling to meet their expenses in a meager income. It should have been replaced with expenditure tax system or BTT long back. But unfortunately, India is still stucked to this income tax system.
How do you know that dabba trade is 70,000 crores. How is it calculated. Have anybody seen their balance sheet.

Unfortunately Modi Govt failed to eradicate black money from system.
In Mumbai, if you buy a flat of 3 crore, you have to pay 75 lakh to 1 crore in cash i.e. black money !!
Thanks to very low ready reckoner price across India.
Instead of targetting real reason of black money i.e. property market, you are falsely targetting Dabba Trading which actually does not have any significant impact on economy of India.

There are no easy choices.
Middle class is highest tax paying class , this collected tax used by politicians for there vote bank and corruption only means one part of it goes to benifits for upper premium class or business classs, another part is poor class as free revadies and balance for corruption and some part for actual implementation of some schemes etc.

Above 10 lakh income 10% tax [2% tax on 3 lakh to 20 lakh on Agriculture income, Retail business income and self employee and 10% tax on Above 20 lakh Agriculture income ]

Ur absolutely wrong. If a person buys a property for 1 crore and sells for 5 crore. The property will be considered to be sold at circle rate. Circle rate could be 4 crore. So only 1 crore could be black money. This 1 crore can be used only to buy another property. By the way ₹500 notes should be discontinued and ₹300 notes should be introduced
