Do things like avoid screen time an hour before bed, listen to relaxing music, maybe use some essential oils, take a warm bath at night, read, etc. Only trying to help because I care and love you and your family! Thank you for continuing to vlog all quarantine- it's literally been a life saver to be able to watch you every day.

I’m sorry you’re going through nighttime anxiety issues- it can be do debilitating at times. Keep doing what you’re doing, and take care of yourself. This pandemic is a marathon, not a sprint- and so many people are facing flare ups in anxiety, or new anxiety from this crisis. Love you always ❤️
