  • MathemaSUNSHINE? Optimistic indeed. In solving systems of equations, the first method which should be taught is through graphing, to understand the underlying concept. Other methods include the substitution method, and elimination method. Where do the two lines intersect? That point IS the solution. Come find it with us, YAY MATH!

    Thanks for this. I take Algebra online and it is the hardest thing I had ever done, since they only give examples and never explain. I've always been the stupid one in math, but these videos help me so much. Keep going!

    I love these videos and have learned a lot from them!!! The only thing I need to know (for now that is! lol), is how do you solve a system, substitution wise, where both equation's variables have coefficients. Would someone please explain that to me. Ella, I don't care what grade this is, I still have learned a lot from these videos! Ellen.

      No we can start with any number but we always start with zero once in x coordinate and y coordinate

      @gayathribhargavibandi3459 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ibrabazzara8765 The answer is (1,-2) not (2,-1). (2,-1) doesn't satisfy second equation.
