they don't look like criminals, they are dancers! Sir Byron, thanx for your wisdom using music as therapy. At least they can entertain their audience, they can let them smile,laugh and enjoy being with them even they are called prisoners.

Hm... If one of these prisoners raped me or killed someone I knew, I probably wouldn't like to see them dancing, having fun and getting famous.
Exercise in general, but particularly dance, is a great way to reduce stress and improve mood. And here is clear proof of that fact. Whoever thought of this is a genius!

Yep yan din po ang sabi ko sa mrs ko when im watched them danced for the 1st time kasi katatapos ko lng din po sa gym,ng makita ko sila frm visaya ang mrs ko kaya sabi ko sa kanya better to be an inmates sa Cebu para no need to go to the gym hahaha salute mga kabayan!!
this is actually good for the prisoners. this is actually a form of rehabilitation for them. they get to see the things they could do instead of lying around doing nothing.
i know this place is cpdrc in cebu becuse i live in cebu i see this bfore
those inmates are really have some serious crimes, but oh boy they sure know how to dance. scary at the same entertaining...

@Ibalon2012 finnish actually... he travels around the world with hes friend and does all kindsa crazy stuff, eats weird foods, does like tradition stuff of the country and just gives all kindsa info about the country. its pretty fun to watch!

Most of the inmates are there for stupid shit that would get their hand slapped elsewhere (or no charge at all): adultery, possession of one single joint etc.
I have visited Philippines..but I am not as "mad" as my Finnish Madventurer citizen mate Riki to visit a local prison...They do the "jacko wacko" dancing bloody well!:)
