Hi, Dan. I watched this video when I saw an Angel commercial mini for sale which had come from a (closed?) holistic medical clinic and bought it. I just use it at home periodically. I just made a half gallon a few minutes ago of carrot, beet, celery, apple and ginger. The big Angel commercial mini is amazing, producing 'paint' (not watery) quality highly-pigmented juice. Norwalk juice presses many years ago had mineral assays done on juices made from a Centrifugal juicer, a Champion 'masticating' juicer, and a Norwalk press. In each juicer there was a big improvement in minerals, the press having the most. The Angel achieves press-quality juice without having to pre-grind to get it- it just crushes the produce between giant gears very slowly so the fullest life force or prana is retained. I own or have owned all kinds of juicers since I had a health products business- Norwalk press, Champion (and I made a 1-gallon/stroke press which works with it), Ruby (like a Santos) centrifugal, twin gear slow juicers, a Goodnature grinder-press (what is commonly known as 'cold pressing), etc. The commercial Angel outshines them all. It is a big investment but it is in your BEST investment category- HEALTH. Price of this model is around $11k USD. EU Juicers www.eujuicers.com sells it as does www.angel-juicers.com I drive an older car and have an Angel commercial mini 'Rolls Royce' quality juicer- those are MY priorities: HEALTH IS WEALTH. Once you own one you can turn out the very highest quality juice, bar none. Its slow speed and all stainless steel construction makes it so. The pulp is amazingly devoid of juice- not totally dry but very close. It achieves its results without any needed pre-grinding (which oxidizes) like you must do with a Goodnature or Norwalk press. As I said, I have owned those, too and they are high quality juicers for sure. Angels really shine for any produce, especially greens- it always amazes me to see the difference in QUANTITY of yield vs. centrifugals- literally up to 40% more juice from the SAME amount of produce, and not oxidized like happens on a centrifugal's or cold press' pre-grinder's fast cutting blades. I do know of a lightly used MEDIUM- sized Angel commercial model for sale if anybody is interested which you can get into complete for around $15k USD. That model is usually around $22k USD. One note for US juice bars- the Angel factory has not bothered to pay for US NSF testing to get these NSF- approved although they would easily pass those requirements. If you have a juice bar you might get away with using it. For juice manufacturing operations where you are licensed under the ag department instead of the local health department, the ag department is not so picky about everything's having an NSF label, just that it is made for food service kitchens and is all stainless steel both of which it is. Angel makes various grid screens for different fruits and vegetables, plus a nut butter screen, and these powerful machines are also used in Europe for hemp juicing/oil production.farms and hemp products friends would really enjoy owning one, as would any super health enthusiast. Happy juicing!
Wow. Thanks for the very in-depth comment. I've never heard of an Angel commercial unit in a home. You must have a big counter for that Angel "Mini". But you're right - it's all a matter of priorities. We fully agree about the benefits of slow juicing versus anything crushed and oxidized at a high speed.

@@Sandeepkumar-dc1on Some people prefer clear juices, while others like some fiber there. But to get the real benefits of the fiber, it's best to blend things into a smoothie with a blender.
Owning several juicers over the years, the Angel is, by far, the best juicer out there. It's too bad more juicing bars don't use the Angel. Most of them use the high speed type machines. Juice doesn't taste anything like the Angel.
I suppose I was lucky. I read reviews and went for the Angel for my first ever juicer. Stupidly, I still read reviews. Stupidly because they all say the same. Angel is simply the best.
I use the domestic angle juicer 2 years now to make 2 gallons veg juice and nut milks per week. Still looks like new. Got it after an omega that broke after 3 months. The Angel makes very dry pulp. I love it
What is interesting is that you made the same amount of carrot juice in approximately the same time as using the angel home juicer (.3m 40s for 1Kg ) .The main advantage being the mini can be run for longer time periods. Are the filters any thicker - tougher?
Brilliant. Always wanted to see the "mini" in action. If I ever own a juice bar I want that bad boy. Do you know when you go up to the even larger machines do you still need to push the produce through or does it self feed? Would've loved to see the mini eat greens, my 8500 needs barely any pushing so I'd imagine the mini would eat them up with ease!
I had the angel juicer (regular size) and yes it does give the best results but its only worth it if you’re after the occasional glass of juice here and there. If you want to juice 3-4 liters a day for a juice cleanse then forget it. It takes 30 min to do that (plus all the extra time to wash and cut your produce) and then the hardest part is washing the fine mesh screen. It takes forever and so much scrubbing its ridiculous! Not practical for every day! I always washed mine immediately but the fibers are stuck in those tiny holes like velcro!!! At least, for the price they charge they should include the medium size screen with bigger holes, that might be easier to clean even if you will get a bit of pulp in it. The medium screen its 3-4 hundred dollars here in Australia it’s absolutely ridiculous!!! For such an expensive juicer they should provide the 2 screens from the start. The worst part and the most shocking was that my juicer came with the mottor cooling fan already broken!!! It’s supposed to be such a strong build machine and so expensive yet from the box it was faulty!!! At first i had no ideea why the whole body of this machine was burning hot!! After i called the seller i was told about the fan and realized mine never worked. I could have been injured by using this juicer. Completely lost faith in the brand.
I will have to say as a welder i am more than a little disturbed about the poor quality of the weld on the close up of the head unit, one would think...
You can see it here: www.eujuicers.com/angel-juicer-mini-commercial These are typically made to order by the Angel factory, with a waiting time of 3-4 months.
It is difficult to say. Angel recommends giving the juicer a 10-minute break every 30 minutes, so that will affect things. Also, the screen should be cleaned after about 2-3 liters of carrot juice - you will notice it backing up, so that will take some time. Generally it takes about 5 minutes to juice a kilo of carrots, so without any breaks that would be 12 kilos. Take out 2 kilos for the 10-minutes break, and maybe 2 more for cleaning times would give approximately 8 kg. Of course, you also need a strong arm with any twin gear and carrots, depending on how finely they are cut.

Angel, the Rolls Royce ? Surprisingly enough, when pushing the fruits/vegs into the hole, the machine is plunging ! None of the others do, and they are by far less expensive !
Wow thanks great video. Cant afford the smallest $1,600. I wouldn't consider it too much of a pain to clean, I saw a video about cleaning it. I am still waiting for the single auger stainless machine now that would really be something easy to clean, I can't see for the life of me why no one is doing this. So its plastic for me LOL...

What is interesting is that you made the same amount of carrot juice in approximately the same time as using the angel home juicer (.3m 40s for 1Kg ) .The main advantage being the mini can be run for longer time periods. Are the filters any thicker - tougher?
Yes the filters are stronger. Also, the Angel Mini now can be ordered with a crusher attachment which pregrinds the carrots, speeding up the process.

Does this juicer do very good with green veggies and herbs
It will do well with green veggies, although herbs are generally dry and don't give much juice in any juicer.

Not really. The mincer would chop the carrots but you also need pressure to squeeze out the juice.
@@euJUICERScom if you change the front end to a single hole then it creates back flow. Similar to a hand juicer doing wheat grass?

If you put seedless olives, the result would be some sort of olive "juice". It won't press oil from olives.
