- Assembling a Saberforge with adaptive saber parts (ASP). The parts took 6 months to ship. Parts include:
Emitter 12
Switch 09
Body 02
Pommel 03
Also in this order: crystal chamber 4, Gladius pommel, staff extension 2

My asp came in early. I ordered an asp staff around June which is also came with the free staff extender and pomel. So we're talking a total 11 parts all weathered with like 5 packs of timing shims and I received it mid September. It was a 3 month wait. Surprised yours took 6 months.
That's a much better turn around than me. Half the time and you had more parts. I bet that staff turned out nice. Which pommel did you get?
@@GrayPaladin I got 2 venom pommels so I can spilt the saber and then I got their only vented coupler. I got the same exact free pommel and staff extender you receive.

I just ordered the same emitter. I was confused because the photo looks like it’s a male threat but it said female. Glad to see it is what they said. Building a custom curved hilt.
Curved hilts look great. I have the Count Mk2 and Badaxx from Genesis Custom Sabers
@@GrayPaladin I’ve been looking at them for a while. Most didn’t quite fit what I was looking for.
My plan is:
Emitter 12
Curve adapter (depends on threads)
Micro switch section (just released)
Curve 2 grip
Bane pommel

I don’t know why it took them so long! There was no assembly required, just bubble wrap. I bet they had hundreds of staff extensions and that pommel to get rid of so why not have a promotion lol.
Weird. My order was a veteran tier asp saber assembled by them, since their plug n’ play were out of stock, and I got 8 sound fonts. Crazy!
Cade Berger veteran tier with 8 fonts? How is that possible? There veteran tier sabercore soundboard doesn’t have an sad card and comes with 3 fonts. Or did you get the golden harvest?
I ordered some more parts for myself said in stock and I ordered them in early September so yeah i think what you said was right

@@GrayPaladin would be nice if they added them to their etsy store, I ordered a bank mk2 from them last week and it should be in my hands by Thursday my first curved hilt
@@ryanbowers5139 Well now they offer full hilt and electronics kits uninstalled on Etsy. Half the price. I also install so it’s a great deal for me.

Hey would you ever think about getting an enhanced yellow neopixel blade?
Chris Boyd I tried making enhanced neo blades with red and blue. They don’t turn out too well because you can see the led string inside, looks less realistic even with sanding and diffusion. You also limit your color options. The trans white seems to be best.

That's a really star wars-ish design. Neat.
The Arctic Jedi Yes that will be my first attempt at a crystal. The design is cool. Will be even better once I get electronics in it.
@@GrayPaladin I have the same crystal chamber. I don't think you can install it at the bottom of the hilt because the wiring has to go through the speaker and then eventually reaching the soundboard.
@@PnoyBoi4Ever correct, it looks good on the bottom but unfortunately I can't use 30awg wire for an LED. Anything thicker won't make it around the speaker unless go 24mm and I don't like smaller speakers. The sound just isn't beefy enough for me compared to the 28mm.
The other alternative is to use a shtok speaker connector and place the speaker below the crystal and run the wire through chamber.
