I own the eddyline 12 with the new Frame Seat. I love it. Been in some rough stuff on the bay here, and it's handled it very nicely. Light and really fast for a sit on top
I love that Eddyline. Looks nice, Very comfortable, light weight and tracks almost straight as an arrow. Almost got two but wanted to try the peddle drives.
@Timber Time Outdoors Thanks for the review of a couple kayaks. I’ve just started looking and it’s mind boggling..haha.I’m single, older and not very big, but really like the Eddyline 12fs so far. I’m looking to take my Aussie with me on a few excursions so enjoyed seeing your wife with a dog on the Eddyline. My dog is 50 pounds…Do you think there’s room on the Eddyline 12s..maybe in the back? I love the Hobies as well, but concerned about the weight. I’ll be going by myself most of the time.Again thanks for your time in making the video…Please let me know your thoughts. :-) Happy paddling…or pedaling
I love both of these Kayaks but they are very different. The Eddyline is light, fast and surprisingly stable. As far as the dog, it will depend on how much it moves around. If its a good rider, you should be fine. If the dog is nervous and moving a lot, you might struggle. If you like to paddle, the eddyline is the way to go. I do like the peddle Kayak better but I like my hands free for photos and fishing. Issue with Hobie is heigh cost and a lot more weight. Either way, get the dolly wheels. Back saver.

I just got a pungo 120. I like it better than the journey 10 ss and the pelican trailblazer 100 nxt. Yeah and I'm a new kayaker. 3 in less than a month lol
We really like that Eddyline. The Hobie is nice too but heavy. If I had to pick one kayak out of all the ones we tried, it would be the Eddyline
