    With the 17th overall pick in the 1st round of the NFL Draft, San Diego Chargers pick Melvin Gordon, RB out of Wisconsin.
    WELCOME TO SAN DIEGO MELVIN!

      Nomar Villegas Not gonna happen. You guys need to build your defense first.

      Nomar Villegas Only if he makes the 2nd round which he most likely won't. Most of the good DE/OLBs will be gone by the 1st day.

    Well, now that DeMarco Murray is an Eagle, it would be nice to see Melvin Gordon become the next great RB for the Cowboys. This guy, with his explosiveness, change of direction, vision, speed and power... HOW CAN YOU NOT DRAFT THIS GUY? I can't even begin to imagine this guys numbers behind the Cowboys Pro Bowl O-Line. Murray was a great back, O-line or not, but I believe he has the potential to be even better.
    I know the Cowboys need defense, but I don't know how you can let this guy slip (although he is projected to be gone by the time Dallas is on the clock).

    At first, i was against the Ravens possibly drafting a running back in the first because this is a deep draft for running backs. But the more i look at Gordon, and all the rumors saying that Gordon will not get passed the Ravens at 26. I'm all for it if there are no Cbs on the board. Gordon is too talented of a running back to pass up.

    Nice to see players like this play at Wisconsin. Gordon clearly exhibits plenty of talent and will only get better. Whoever drafts him will won't regret it.

      I think chargers would be better off with picking an olineman to help protect an aging Rivers, as well as help their current running backs to run. Also to be clear, I wouldn't call Melvin Gordon a 'steal' considering his current rankings in mock drafts

    • @justgetitDLC
      @justgetitDLC 9 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    He's gonna be a key factor in the bolts' season next year. The dude's muscle mass is crazy and he's gotten bigger, faster, and stronger since last season. His traps are like 6 inches tall. He'll definitely do much better because he'll be able to shake off the hits that he receives behind the line of scrimmage better and if God blesses us by keeping our O-line healthy then everyone's heads are gonna be turning and they'll be apologizing for calling him a bust.

    • @thewiseone5879
      @thewiseone5879 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      DoFlamingoFTW I agree, I'm hoping for a DT or Jalen Collins. I'd even take Cody Prewitt and go with a two safety look. Defensive line should be the focal p oint but it would be hard to pass up Perriman or Gordon at 32. We could always trade up in the second round and get a DT. Carl Davis should be there at 50.
      Melvin Gordon
      Carl Davis
      Best draft in a decade with just those two and still would game 2-3 picks in the top 102

    • @greenngold4life556
      @greenngold4life556 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      diehardcowboysfan1988 The running game was why the Cowboys were good in other areas. The run game helped keep the D off the field and helped them control the clock with leads. It helped Romo majorly, helped him have a career year cause he didn't have to throw near as much as most QBs in the league. If Dallas is smart, their focus will be on finding that top RB and attempting to keep their game plan exactly the same. If you can't run the ball, then Romo has to throw, more throwing for Romo isn't always that great and more throwing means shorter offensive possessions putting the defense on the field more to be exposed. They had better focus on RB, if they don't get a shot at Gurley or Gordon, they should try n trade down a handful of spots n grab Jay Ajayi at the top of the 2nd round, he'd be perfect for them.

    • @nasseh257
      @nasseh257  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fighting_Tiger45 Tevin Coleman is definitely up there with Melvin Gordon and them. not just statistic wise, but also athletic and talent wise. I do agree with you to an extent. Tevin Coleman does have a way worse supporting cast than Gordon does, but I just feel that Gordon has that extra something that separates him from the rest of the pack. He has incredible leg drive and unbelievable explosion.

    • @TheDrastic537
      @TheDrastic537 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      nasseh257 His legs are to small not enough power for the next level. He is gonna be like McFadden except McFadden was way better then Gordon in college. Duke Johnson would rush for 3,000 yards with Gordon's O-Line. Don't get me wrong, Gordon is a good back but he is not the best in the NCAA today. Great vid by the way.

      Come on man all Wisconsin RB's are overrated they amount to nothing in the NFL. Miami however makes Pro's. James, Gore, Portis, and Johnson is better then them all. Johnson is faster. has better hands, better vision, is 4 inches shorter and weighs just as much as Gordon.

    Bro, you got some AWESOME videos, BUT...you gotta learn how to feed the market. Music choices are holding you back. You're limiting yourself to one demographic. I love Hip Hop like A$AP and K Dot, but I know its not best for everyone. Gotta find either edited versions, or plain instrumentals dude. I want to give you shine on my website, but I can't because of lyrical content....

    • @nasseh257
      @nasseh257  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Rudy Huerta Gotta watch the more recent videos bro. It's more instrumentals, and drowned out lyrics. I took heed of the lyrical content issue months ago. I had a lot of aggravating hate comments from some of the music choices so I changed up to strictly instrumentals. If I can't find the instrumental or clean version, I'm not using it. (Ezekiel Elliott is an exception). But yeah, you gotta take a look at the more recent videos (Vince Mayle, Amari Cooper, DGB, Marcus Mariota) All Clean, nice paced, instrumentals from current trap songs or classic hip hop.

    You could've made a highlight vid of Melvin against Nebraska alone and I'm a Husker fan all the way. He could've had 600 yards had they not took him out for 4th quarter. That's sickening. Great running back and can't wait to see what he can do in the NFL

  • @SuperMarioBrosHero
    @SuperMarioBrosHero 9 ปีที่แล้ว

    I was worried about Dallas drafting Gordon since I heard from a Wisconsin fan that Gordon was only good because of their OLine and their offense. Now I gotta say I beg to differ, I love analyzing players and their play style and I'll tell you what, Gordon fits exactly the kind of RB Wisconsin wanted. An elusive RB with some good vision, it's pretty easy to say he was good cause of the OLine (which is partially true), but it takes a certain type of RB to utilize that OLine. I'm all up for getting Gordon now!

    Melvin Gordan was an amazing RB, no doubt about that. But we don't give enough credit to that line he has in front of him, I mean, damn. They have created an NFL experience for Montee Ball, James White, and now MG3 in the past 5 years...very great line=very good running backs

    I see why alot of people are saying dallas. But it's not smart this year is deep at RB so in the first move back to like 30 with who ever is there an get big Malcom, Benardkenrick or one of the top corners. In the 2rd get your running back like the Rb from Boise. An with the extra pick in the 3rd is where you look at Tony replacement.
